Living Healthier

I don't think you understand genetics, or history, or why people actually get fat.

I know, because your reading comprehension is 0/10 and your mind reading game is always on point. But yeah, monarchies make kings fat. That is a very genetically, historically, and metabolically informed opinion.

You dont have a swimming pool near?

Btw what is fasting?

You dont have a swimming pool near?

yes, but I gotta get in the car and drive there :(

I actually did join the YMCA maybe 15 years ago for the pool

running is generally bad but I heard running in sand forces the smaller muscles to work to maintain balance

wrt monarchies, Asian peasants ate brown rice while the wealthier class ate white rice. The latter was more processed and worse for the health. The problem with rice is it absorbs arsenic and reducing it requires lots of rinsing and soaking.

I drive about 15 km to the pool/sea several times a week since fiveteen years ago. I have even done some marathon swimming competitions.

In fact I have back problems since teenager so i need it. It keeps my muscles and bones in place. I think that if i stop swimming for too long i would lose my momecular integrity.

I loved swimming, when I first started I could only do 2-3 laps but it didn't take long before I was swimming long distances - and I could see it in my body profile, less gut, leaner body. I was actually starting to look like a swimmer.

When I lived in SoCal they had a rock pier at Newport Beach SW of John Wayne airport and I'd run the rocks. Not good for the joints but great for balance and leg strength. I miss that... But as a kid I played so many hours of basketball on concrete courts its a wonder my knees still function. My right hip is in bad shape, but thats probably from decades of golf.
