How about tile flooring in the masterbathroom and 3 ceiling fans to keep me occupied. Here it is, sorry it is tardy.
1500 AD (0)
We need to kick this thing in high gear. We are seriously bedhind in tech. I swap Cumae to a galleon and rush it.
(I)We lose a bunch of slaves in Greekland. I didn't think of them until too late, otherwise I would have disbanded them.
1505 AD (1)
I kill a single Cav in range of our spice city. I don't think we have a shot at the Greek capital until we gat at least a second army there, I swing the troops south Sink 2 Greek and one Mongol Galleon but lose a Frigate. Load up 3 Cav and an Inf to go take Lugdunum back.
(I)Not much. The Germans seem to have gotten excited about us getting an army near their capital as rifles from the surrounding lands rush in to defend it. They also land a rifle two longbows and a settler on the southern island.
1510 AD (2)
An elite Cav and Elite Knight fail to take out the rifle so they will get to found their city and we won't be able to do anything about it. Kill a bow on the northwast island and get an elite infantry. The Cav approach Lugdunum. I am afraid we are going to have to start arranging an assualt on the Germans. I would hate to lose this one at this stage due to a UN vote.
(I)The German Longbows head for the empty city. The rifle fortifies and they don't found the city. Lose a stray Cav. I forgot to cover an open square on the pennisula and Carthage lands four Cav there.
1515 AD (3)
Fail to take Lugdunum. Land a settler and Inf to fill the island out. Take out two of the three GErman frifles on the northeast island. Knossos is razed which nets us 7 workers and an arty. We also get 763g so that we can rush Cav replacements. Bomb the four Carthage cav to 1hp each and then leader fish. No luck.
(I) Germans still don't found. They must be going to send a major invasion somewhere as they are sending a ton of units to Heidleberg.
1520 AD (4)
Kill off more Carthage Cav and even a Keshik. Start upgrading some of the cannon in Greece to arty as money permits. Take out the last gGerman rifle on the northeast island. Take out the German rifle on the southern island and score two more workers. I let the forces at Knossos to stand and let the army heal one turn. It will escort the workers and arty back and then pick up more forces to assualt Athens.
(I) Only one Guerilla attcks and loses. Carthage drops off a rifle, two bows and a settler next to our forces on the northwest island. We get Hoover's.
1525 AD (5)
Take out 6 Mongols rifles and one Greek rifle losing ony one cav. Upgrade a couple more cannon. Found a city on the northwest and southern islands, both protected by Infantry. Take out the rifle and two bows on the northwest island to gain two more workers. The capital is back to building armies which we need to finish this game off.
(I)Not much to report. The German units that streamed to Heidleberg turn around and stream back out. Someone uses Propaganda and causes a city to riot.
1530 AD (6)
We take out another 5 Mongol units. Upgrade two more cannon. Start a settler and several Infantry on the way to building the next city in Greece. Land some workers on the island to the northeast. Almost all worker actins are completed, so I will start shipping workers over to the other island (leaving enough to clean up at least 3 pollution spots on the mainland.
(I)Nothing happens but more stacks move on our Greek cities.
1535 AD (7)
Leader fishing finally pays off and I get one. We have a new Cav army. The new army then takes out 2 guerillas and a bow that used to be Greek. We establish ourselves on top of the hill that will be our next city.
(I)Boy, the northwest island is really popular! We get 2 cav, 2 rifles and 2 bow from Carthage and a guerilla from Germany. I wonder what resource is there?. We found out that Lugdunum had rubber, do we guess Uranium? The Greeks found Troy on a spot that used to be a bigger city. We will take it after Atherns (If the next player so desires).
1540 AD (8)
The cannon does nothing on the Northeast island, I lose a Cav trying to take out the Guerilla and so I wait. Good thing I landed to Infantry there last turn. The two cav can reach the southern city, but there are two muskets and a cav left there to help out. The north city has two infantry and a musket. I will bring some more Infantry over next run. In Greece we found a city on the saltpeter hill and get a settler in place to found Knossos' replacement in two turns. We also take out 4 Keshiks a rifel and a bow of the Mongols and then 4 Guerilla, 2 rifles and 1 bow of the Greeks. All of this cost us one elite Cav, but a vet promoted to even it up. As of now, the flood of units in Greece has stopped. There are only a conscript Greek rifle and vet Guerilla and a Mongol vet rifle in LOS. We will have 3 full armies to tackle Athens next turn.
(I)The two rifles and 2 longbows attack our infantry and take 2 Hp from one, but make the other elite. The two Cav go after the muskets, costing us one musket but leaving both Cav redlined. The Guerilla moves south but can't reach the city for another turn. Nothing happens in Greece.
1545 AD (9)
The cannon work first shot and redline the Guerilla, our elite infantry then takes him with one shot. The Cav takes one of the redlined Cav and a well placed Musketball takes out the last. In Greece, we redline the 5 units within range. The last two cannon in Greece are upgraded. Three armies and eight Cav find themselves parked outside of Athens. I start building a few more galleons as the increase in prodcution has created more units per turn to ferry across. We also need to start looking at the northern cities as some of them maybe able to pull more than a single shield. Unfortunately, I do not have the tiem to go through the cities as I am late with this as it is and pressed to get it done.
(I)Not much at all. One city on the northeast island riots as it only had one MP.
1550 AD (10)
Re-enforce the island. In greece we redline every target. The first army takes out two vet and one reg rifle. The socond takes out 2 reg and 2 conscript rifles and we raze the city along with Universal Sufferage. We get 153g and four workers. The last army heads for Troy and takes out one vet Rifle , razing the city and gaining us another 172g. One of the redlined Carthage rifles gives us another leader and another Cav army. The tide is turning on this land mass and we should be able to sweep the enemy ahead of the settlers with the armies. Greece is down to 3 cities and should be our first target. We might consider taking a few armies north to Germany (when we have some spares) and start razing their cities. They are the leaders. I rush some Rax and other needed things.
OK, things have turned in Greece and we are on the offensive now. With two new armies (one of which still needs it's forth unit) we are starting to chew them up. The only pause may come when the German units finally decide where they want to go and get down in our area. There are two settlers on the way to replace the two citeis just razed. We have gone from 42% to 46% with the addition of the two islands and the two Greecain cites.
This one shouldn't get back to me.
