I think after this update I will stop giving a whole week for orders. As you people don't really need that long. This NES doesn't require long orders at all and most of you send them at the last minute anyway. I'm going to start doing updates every 3-5 days.

To The Prussian Union:
From Sweden:

We would like to prevent this needless bloodshed. The Great War is taking a toll on all our nations. Therefore, I propose a treaty, between Prussia and Sweden:

1) We shall keep the Northern half of Finland. You can keep the other half if you wish to win it from Russia, and set it back up as the Republic of Finland.
2) There shall be a ceasefire with all troops. Any troops that you have on our territory shall be allowed to leave peacefully. And the same goes for ours.
3) Diplomatic relations will resume.
4) We shall not attack each other for however many turns you want to agree upon. EX: 10 turns, or something like that.
5) Our forces will withdraw from Finland, but only if you agree to let us keep the Northern half.

Listen to sense. We do not want to make this war any harder than it is. We will take the Northern half, the one with no use, simply as bragging rights. You can keep the Southern, profitable part of Finland, where resources are abundant.

Hopefully this can be resolved peacefully. You can post adjustments if you wish.

OOC: Are you sure about that? Just because you have Justo figured out, doesn't mean my tactics aren't different.

Your terms are unacceptable. We will fight and we will win. Hopefully.

Our terms are not steep. They are easily applicable to the mighty Prussian Union. If you can alter your agreements a bit furhter, we shall accept peace.

Switzerland, the nation of Sweden is interested in attending such a conference. If Prussia doesn't object, we shall find a peace agreement. The Switz logic exceeds all of ours, for the moment.

OOC: @Fuschia: is this a personal matter of why you severely hate Swedes, or just beacuse you are playing IC?

Sweden agrees to terms 2 and 3 of your, shall we say, contract. #1 however, will have a little adjustment. We will release some Finnish land to you, but not all. As for islands in the Baltic, you may have the largest one.

Is Sweden not a required party for the "Geneva Conference"?

Let us leave it at this,

If Prussia can make a suffiecient treaty, the war will end.
OR
If they appear to be winning significantly, we will subside with their treaty, after the update!

Aren't these posts mostly IC (About 90-95%) and country linked? You know, I had been hoping that this would persuade you to allow me to become Sweden. But I see now that you are just like many other NESers. You stereotype others by their postcount just because you have over 6K posts. Look at sp1023! He almost has 1000 posts, yet he contiually spams all the threads he is a part of. I had been hoping for a chance to prove myself in a major war. But apparently, Luckymooses don't let that happen, do they?
