Exactly what I thought. I would directly connect, let say, Bucharest, Athens, Moscow, and Istanbul along with any other major cities in Romania, the Hellenic Republic, Russia, and the Islamic Caliphate. It would allow industrial trade directly between those involved and no other. There are other examples which I have not stated, but they would still be there.

It is possible, plus they are not exactly a world power yet, France and Great Britain not to mention Russia and America would pwn them easily in a one on one war. But if he plays his cards right, he could easily become one of the top 5 powers to beat.

IC: Germany has allready come to an agreement with Russia in principle for the construction of a Berlin to Moscow to Pacific Railroad. Germany will check the progress of this other railroad before making its mind known.

While my military isnt all that strong yet i think i need to add that i have the advantage of only having Germany to protect i dont have any foreign colonies all my army is safe at home and close to any given front.

In a 1 on 1 battle i would only be scared of Britain because of naval blockade and in some respects that could be gotten around. I could outproduce Russia in the long term, France i could match reasonably well and i have the Rhine and the Alps to protect me and America would need to get to me and land a sizable enough force to attack me and it has limited landing sites.

But yes in all probability if it went on for long enough i would lose... but something like that happening in isolation is unlikely in the extreme.

We are quite willing to accept this peace and allow a referendum to be held in Sicily. British troops will withdraw from Africa and all African and Meditteranian French occupied lands will be returned to France. In return we of course expect Gibraltar back.

We do request that we be able to purchase the French Islands in the Caribbean(currently occupied). We plan on allowing this region to rule itself and current French territories will have an equal say in how this nation is led. Without the addition of these lands this nation will be to small to effectively resist outside interference.

Actually, he is much stronger than Russia, in terms of IC and training. But yes, he might have some trouble with you. I used to think Prussia was like a mix, somewhat good army, somewhat good navy. France is experienced with army, Britain with navy, and Pussia/america: a little bit of both.

Yes, for a world power with 33 IC, it's pretty high for not having any colonies. That's an added bonus.

Gribaltar is won by Spanish soldiers with little help from French divisions. France has no real reason to hand over that small piece of land that was won by Spain and not France. Perhaps you should speak to Spain? But their answer will be the same as ours, "No."

Had you conquered an entire colony or province, then you would have the same rights to demand to keep it as we do. But since you never fully took Africa or any of our African colonies we will demand them back, which you have honorably done and we thank you.

We are willing to give you the island in the Carribean free of charge if you drop your claim on Gribaltar. Will you accept this instead?

India will be granted their freedom, for the government of India is recognized as a legitimate government and France will support their rebellion with military support if needed.

Yes Germany may beat Russia in a long war, but France has a bigger navy and can blockade you ports and handle your navy with some difficulty* but could still win against them as long as Britain does not enter the war on your side. (which I am sure she will if we did fight.)

* I say difficult because of your Goliaths, France has none.

But let us hope we would never have to test this theory soon.
