I believe they're talking about a sort of rail equivalent of an autobahn, or some other uninterrupted "interstate" of sorts. While it's true that rail probably already connects Berlin to Moscow to Oslow to Vladivostok, it is unlikely that the rail is contiguous. That is to say, you probably couldn't ride from coast to coast on an uninterrupted train ride.

What they're proposing is a combined effort to create one giant, contiguous railroad which connects the involved cities directly. The economic ramifications are huge as it centralizes travel and makes movement easier across these distances.

Exactly what I thought. I would directly connect, let say, Bucharest, Athens, Moscow, and Istanbul along with any other major cities in Romania, the Hellenic Republic, Russia, and the Islamic Caliphate. It would allow industrial trade directly between those involved and no other. There are other examples which I have not stated, but they would still be there.

Decloack: There were never any reparations for the Prussian Union to pay to Sweden. The requisite five IC to Hungary and Russia were paid off some time ago, if that helps any.

With no response from Italy, France will go ahead and allow Sicily to remain seperate from Italy. We have achieved what we wanted, a reunited Italy and we have no further need to continue the war now.

So we will let Sicily remain seperate from Italy and free of French Vassalage and British Dominionship.
Britain will withdraw from all French lands in Africa. All lands will return to pre war borders.

Is this agreeable?

PS this is subject to change until the update, in which time the treaty as it is, when accepted by both parties will go into effect. (This will give Italy time to respond and voice their problems.)

This agreement is agreeable, but I think that Sicilan population might wish something different.
So, I think that we should organize a Referendum in Sicily (and Sardinia) for an unification with Italy. Also, this referendum might be organized even in French occupied Italy.
