You are aware that 2 cities one of which is an eco center and a decent quantity of land for 4 eco points is a very good deal? A very suspicous deal, considering why he would give up land he just conquered. However taken at face value that is a very good deal and if I were you I would accept it.

I'm not doing it for the eco center, as i could just spend eco to get an eco center... and i wished for the land for more of a buffer zone between us than for the eco center, and to be truthful, that isn't much land... it wouldn't help much if symphony decided that he hadn't eaten up enough insignificant nations in the last 2 years... better to spend it on other things...
