In the Americas a different war is born. The long awaited war of the Francophone Entente vs. the English Alliance. And what a swift and devastating war it was. In the south preparations for the invasion were made by Louisianan, a large army was raised. From mainly European immigrants looking for jobs and some other loyal members of the Empire. Canada made its own preparations as well. The initial invasions were strong and very well thought out. Imperial armies marched into areas relatively un guarded and flanked the American armies. Though it wasn’t to hard to beat them straight forward as they are outnumbered and slightly outgunned. (Accuracy of the Louisianan weapons have been increased with rifled barrels though only a few have these new weapons enough have them to make a dent in the battles.) Once through the borders they pushed to the Appalachian mountain chain where the generals decided it best to do south and around them. Though some forces went over them or north most went south. The same time the Louisianan navy was sweeping towards Florida. Where another invasion force was dropped off to yet again lowly defended areas. The forces that landed were the highly trained Legionnaire’s and they moved faster than other land armies. Using swamp land tactics and pushing through. The Florida peninsula was soon within there control. As the Imperial army rips through the south the Canadians push with some Imperial help into New Englander Federations. The only thing holding back the Canadian forces are a lack of supplies. Which seems to have been caused by errors in shipping when they attacked across Lake Eerie. Though they managed to push quite far. NEF is fairing better than expected. Even the Imperial army is failing to push very far. But one thing is certain DRA is completely incapable of fighting on. It’s army is destroyed fleet is sunk. Troops reaching in on the capital. Barely a few remaining pockets of resistance. Only NEF can make the save now.
