The belligerents of the German-Baltic area of conflict in the Second Great War see no gain in the continuation of hostilities following the unconditional surrender of the Greater Baltic Union. The Empire of all Russias proposes the following treaty to end conflict in this region:
ARTICLE I.
The Greater Baltic Union shall claim responsibility for the conflict and all damages done to the German and Russian peoples.
ARTICLE II.
The Empire of all Russias shall pay the Greater Baltic Union a sum of 2 EP for damages done to Baltic infrastructure and the Baltic military during the course of the war.
ARTICLE III.
The Greater Baltic Union shall cede Denmark and the island of Bornholm to the German Reich.
ARTICLE IV.
The Greater Baltic Union shall cede the island of Iceland to the United Kingdom.
ARTICLE V.
The Greater Baltic Union shall cede the Aland Islands and the island of Gotland to the Empire of all Russias. The Greater Baltic Union shall relinquish Finland, Northern Sweden and Northern Norway with said territories to be cede to the Empire of all Russias with semi-autonomy status.
ARTICLE VI.
The Greater Baltic Union shall cease to exist as a nation-state. It will be replaced by the Republic of Sweden-Norway.
ARTICLE VII.
The Republic of Sweden-Norway shall cut ties from France and the Ottoman Empire in all forms of military agreements. Breaking this article shall enact a state of war between the Republic of Sweden-Norway and the Empire of all Russias.

The Republic of Sweden-Norway shall sign a 10 Year Non-Agression Pact and a 7 Year Trade Agreement with the United Kingdom, the German Reich and the Empire of all Russias to insure stability in the region and to promote the developement of the war torn areas.

Italy would like its previous colonies in New Zealand, Australia, the Horn of Africa and West Africa returned. It wants to keep all land in Europe that we have captured from France due to their ill advised invasion.
In return for West Africa and Australia not be returned we would like instead Tunisa and Libya. This will allow another power to take these areas.
