Love that they start the game in the ocean. That is super unique and quite unlike anything else in the game so far.

However with the amount of awesome bonuses these guys get, Norway really needs some love

New city style!! Also different boats for embarked units!

Let's see...

Free builder, population at start. Also extra housing and amenities so you won't cap out on that.
Not punished for delaying your first city.
Two techs unlocked, can enter ocean tiles.
Free lumbermill on every woods or rainforest tile.
Culture bomb all the water tiles.
A better version of the Legion.
And as long as you have a Theather District with first building, 2 culture and faith on every woods, jungle or flood plains tile.

I mean, I'm going to play them sometime cause they look fun, but they are far stronger than anyone currently in the game.

OP - until you read the description. "Resources cannot be harvested" "Great Writers cannot be earned"

So, they're kind of like another Kongo - some strong bonuses, but with some downsides. Certainly a very unique civ to play with.
