Actually after reading some of askthepizzaguy's other games, this rule is quite different from what you would think it is. He actually answer questions that a GM normally wouldn't answer...

Ok so far I have 36 possible roles written. We're doing good with sign-ups. I should be able to get most of the major roles in. More players means a better margin of error for the town.
