Mafia/NOTW Statistics

On Zack Mafia now. I can't really count it as a victory for Zack when he was hosting, but Nictel gets a win for being lynched.

Everyone who died as a Jester is counted as Neutral, Everyone who died as a Townie is counted as Town, Everyone who died as a Cultist is counted as Mafia.

Problem is, I'm not really sure who died as what, and I kind of either need to know that.

I'm not even really sure what to put it for in the database... Mafia Victory, I guess.

I could also just not count the game based on the weird set-up, which I'll have to do anyway if I can't figure out what alignment I'm supposed to count people as.

Neutral and Mafia victory, Innocent and cult defeat. I probably wouldn't count it for individual statistics.

For individual stats purposes, I'm going to count Winston as not having played Vanilla, although I'll say the game had 18 players anyway just because, and it doesn't matter that much.

landlubber's Night of the Mindworms is next.

There are a few interesting problems.

Problem 1: How do I count people's alignments? It's technically a game like It's A Long Story and Court of the Momus where everyone was Neutral, but there were several clearly townie, or neutral, or mafia factions in this.

Problem 2, a more minor one: Who "won?" Obviously, robbie, Earthling, Kennigit, and I won. Zack and remake are more maybe-ish, but I'm leaning towards giving them a win. I'm not sure about Darth Caesar, who got 6 out of 10 and only really got 3rd place, but he did achieve two of this three goals. I'm almost certainly not going to award a win to any of the other teams, as none of them got more than one of their goals or more than 3 points.

Based on the way it was designed, count people as the following:
Cult of Planet (civplayah) is neutral because they were indirectly killing with the Mindworms.
The Spartans (remake20, Zack) should count as mafia because they were directly killing.
Diamondeye and Darth Caesar should both count as neutrals/serial killers.
Count the whole game as a draw, and award victory to Robbie, choxorn, Kennigit, and Earthling. If there's a "close defeat" statistic, give it to remake and Zack. If not, count them as winning.

I would definitely say that remake and Zack count as winning, as iirc they achieved most of their their faction goals and remake survived too.

The only goal we didn't complete was "kill everyone", and the game ended when the only people living were Earthling and a Spartan.

On the other hand, this was the first game you won after losing 8 as DrumStudent, so maybe I should just not count all of those games against you and only start counting when you changed your name circa Atto Ngoogol.

I would think that his alignment is Innocent, so he's Innocent.

Yeah, I'll just go with that, since if he actually has the other VC, I have no way of telling whether he actually completed it or not.

So screw it, LightFang is innocent for the purposes of this game.

On a side-note, I congratulate Catharsis and robbiecon for being the first two people to win 3 games in a row as mafia. Which isn't as impressive as it sounds, seeing as how the small number of games played mean that only 4 other people have won 3 games as mafia, total.
