Mafia/NOTW Statistics

I think everyone would like to see their winning percentage :D

I have a list of the top 20 as of one year ago, and I can easily add more that anyone wants, but yes, that's a lot of work.

How's about we let choxorn get caught up with the statistics instead of bugging him for everyone's own winning percentage. 1) He's not 100% done with everything, so 2) It just means your winning percentage will change as he adds more games. I'd personally rather let him use the time he has catching up than sifting through the games to gather everyone's not-up-to-date winning percentage as of a year ago. Just my two cents though.

Yes, I intended my comment to be a little bit ironic, and I hoped it would stop others from demanding knowledge about their own statistics. When Choxorn would be ready, he would post what he has. And we should be grateful for everything he did before and is doing now

shhhhhh, you're ruining bragging rights!

nah, of course this is the correct way to go about it. an incomplete set is rather uninteresting IMO.

besides, mafia stats are kind of meaningless as it really depends on the design of the game and there really is a pretty low "skill ceiling".

Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn.

I'm now at Vanilla with a Cherry on Top.

I'm having a slight problem in that I don't know when the game should have ended. The end of day 4 left the game with 2 mafia and 4 innocents (which should end the game, given the set-up), but it didn't end until the 2 mafia killed 2 innocents to bring it to 2-2 for a formal end at the end of the night. Normally, I'd go with "It ended on Day 4 because it was pointless to continue after that," but I don't know if that's the case, because a doc could have stopped a kill and thus made the game continue, or maybe there was some other reason why the game didn't technically end until the end of the night.

Darth Caesar, if you remember what was going on with that game, please tell me, and everyone else, chime in with comments/questions/cherries.

Hello? Anyone? I kind of need to know who survived the game, guyz. :p

Don't remember anything but I was probably the mafia, very scummy and outposted and annoyed a lot of people.

You were town.

I think I survived, but I'm not 100% sure.

According to Catharsis, the mafia killed you and GamezRule on the final night. Problem is, I'm not sure if that night counts as part of the game or not.

Choxorn: I suppose the reason that Darth had to keep the game going was that one of the two remaining mafia could have forgotten to send a kill in, which would have meant that the game would not have been over.

IIRC there was a doctor in that game, but I don't think it was ever discovered who had that role, or when/if he died.

Caesar has informed me that all 6 of the people alive survived, since the end was the true end, so I can finish this now and move on.

After being too busy for a month to do anything, I've reached The Princess Bride.

It's fairly straightforward, but I have one question: Do the "Mostly Dead" people count as surviving or not surviving the game?

It depends on if you consider them partly alive or not. :p

Well, yes, they were still slightly alive, but they were for virtually all game purposes, dead. The only difference was that Miracle Max could revive them, Count Rugen could get some information from them, and their role wasn't revealed.

I'm going to go ahead and count them as dead unless someone can give me a good reason not to.
