Yes, you are partially right.
I was thinking about it, but in the rules I have written that inactivity at voting will result in replacement after three consecutive days. It was their fourth missed voting.
But surely, I shoul remind them about it earlier (at the begining of a day). I admit it is my fault as a host. I would say that I played according to the rules, but without compassion (or something like this - I lack proper english word)
