Not telling, perv.
Ha ha i just thought of the coolest idea-mafias! mafias in Civ4! If you are playing as Rome the Sicilian and Italian mafia can kidnap Caeser's son (which it'd be cool to include a leader family tree) and kill him if he doens't giv in 2 about 2,000 gold.

The Romans have the Sicilian and Italian mafia
The English have the Irish Rebel Mafia
The Russians have "Thieves world," or the Russian Thief Mafia
The Spanish have the Columbian mafia (referring to that they are still in the colonial era)
The Aztecs have the Ms13
The Arabs have al-Quada
The Persians have those weird people who kidnapped the shah in the 70s
You know where i'm going, right?

Mafias are an aspect of real life so why not in civ? Adding mafias would take up like another 100KB of space in the Civ game but it still would be cool!

It's probably represented by corruption.

yeah its a good idea..but i think its better repersented by rebels or something than mofias...curroptions already a pain in the arse...mafias...more so then rebels i think..would be ridiculously big thorns in the side...but the idea of a disrupting force is a good one.

Nanana, corruption is not in civ4! Without it, it becomes too small scale, so it is out anyway!

Well it'd b cool to have mafia lords camping outside your cities like rebels. They loot and kill. You can produce police units and destroy mafias. Or build jails in your cities and put them in
