It's coming out slightly later than February. Woop de doop.

Also, my b-day is March 4. If it came out then, it'd be like Christmas!

Of course I then realize some here would love for them release a patch that may have last minute issues just so the ranting and ravings can start anew. But if they delay the patch to fix said last minute issues, the ranting and ravings from certain CFC contigent would start on Monday as well.

I have uploaded the contents of my brain to several cyborgs. They will continue posting in my honor in the case of my demise.

These patches would probably be out sooner if they didn't fire 95% of their staff after release. Just a thought.

Standard practice in the computer games industry unfortunately.

Ok, so someone needs to post if 2KGreg posts a confirmation for tomorrow. It seems like everytime anyone on here posts an "official" date for anything, it gets rescheduled.

I am glad I was unaware of this patch for the last couple of weeks; otherwise I would have been waiting for it. Just decided to play some Civ V tonight after not playing it since Jan or so. The changes so far have all been roughly in the right direction and each patch seems to bring Civ V closer to an enjoyable Civ game.

Looking forward to this .
