Right-click the file, select 'Tortoise SVN, show log'. Right click the version you want (last but one I assume) and select 'save revision to...' o save out that version. Use that to replay turn...

Ah. Do a right click on the repository file then select cleanup from under the Tortoise SVN options. Then you should be able to do as Koshling instructed.

EDIT: I put the wrong turn number on my SVN comment. It's in-game turn #26, out-of-game turn #27. Hope I don't confuse anyone.
