I'm 18. I finished highschool (grade 11) when I was 17, went to collage from 17 to 18 and then started causal work before I was hired full time without a job interview because the director liked how well I worked and had to fight with another director to have me because both wanted me lol

It feels funny that I am in charge of a group of 12 2 year old children as well as 2 adult staff in their 30's who have to follow my orders because I am higher up in qualifications than them

Seniors, Grade 12, usually graduate at age 17-18 and then enter college IF their parents can afford it, Or they are motivated enough to try for grants and part-time work. Of course many opt for Student Loans and bury themselves under a Mountain of debt before they graduate...., If they graduate.

I don't know about austraila, but in th UK (good chance Ausie system is based on UK system) the term 'college' is a catch-all for any educataion past secondary schooling (aka high school). It can be anything from a one year diploma, through a 3 year bachelors degree, through a masters, up to a doctorate. The term 'university' usually refres to degree level or higher, but that still comes under the catch all term 'college'.

I am aware of this yes! With the latest tuning (which assumes we will update the multi player game version before we get into double figures on city sizes, which seems likely) I think I can cope, but well see. The real 'whammy' for Ghengis actually isn't the crime issue (at least with latest SVN tuning), it's the fact that his negative trait requires 25% more xp to get promotions. That's completely anti-synergistic with his core attributes, and means I can't really even try to play him in an aggressive warlike manner!

Taking turn now, will upload the file for the next person's turn within 10 or so minutes.
