I just wonder if Praetrye was looking for the savegame for his turn to be posted here like last turn. He was having SVN problems and sleeping problems too. And he did stop by the forum at 11:57AM CST today. He's probably at work now.

My GMT is +1 (Denmark) and Praetrye is GMT +13 (New Zealand) that is the biggest obstacle. But maybe split it up as An America and Europe game will be smart. Also in the spring I will go on vacation. Maybe I can get a friend to do it for me but there will come a time when one person is away for over a week

Or we can make a Team game. So people for each team can take each others turn if they are away! We just need to structure a plan to our allied how we want to play. But that could be a problem later on in play

The problem is our order and not our timezones. Maybe we should just make a new game in this order.

I don't think the problem is our order. The problem is we have one player who hasn't taken a turn in over 36 hrs.

IF we start over, which I don't think is a bad idea at this juncture, we set up ten slots and take our turns when WE know we can reliably take a turn EVERY day. That sets up the turn order exactly as it should be established. Timezones don't mean anything really since the times we can take our turns during our days can vary just as greatly as our timezones themselves.

Hmm.. he realy is taking his time with this turn. Maybe something happend? PC broke down, illnes, an accident?
Because if he wanted to give up this game he probably would have said so. Looks more like he can´t play for some reason

And like Mega Nix said: there will come a time for everyone of us where we can´t play for a while. for me it probably will be a week either in january, or in April, where I am in the netherlands with my family. we should have internet there, and maybe I can get my laptop to work.. but that´s just a maybe. There is a reason I bought a new PC And I probably won´t take my whole PC setup with me

Wow... that ALL sucks. I'm sure we can all understand some delays and we'll all need a bit of patience from others at times. I hope those issues ease up on ya. Next time I'll make sure to post my save here for you if you haven't been able to get the SVN working yet.

Lol clubbing... I'll never forget that word. When I finished studying in collage I had never heard that before and the teacher asked us what we were going to do in the hollidays. A girl said "I'm going clubbing in africa". By this I thought she meant "I'm going to get a club and use it to bash people to death in africa'. You should have seen my face when I looked at her and said "How could you!"
