First off, great job on making it so far with each other! (And even better job still being able to go out and be happy about it! lol)Today is the Mrs. and my 43rd Wedding Anniversary. We partied last night by going out for a Steak dinner and then seeing a Brit Floyd Concert (Pink Floyd Tribute band). A Good Time was had by all.Except this morning I feel hung over and we don't drink! That's what happens when a 60+ yr old couple doesn't get to bed before 1 o'clock in the Morning! It's hard to Party like we did 40+ yrs ago!

But even at turning 40 the year before last, I was starting to feel that same hungover effect even without drinking... truly is a matter of age that.
I probably should have posted this earlier, but here I go:
My main computer (the only one on which almost all of my games and any version of C2C is installed) has recently come under attack, and for safety reasons I cannot use the Internet on it until I transfer files over. It may need to be formatted, but in any event I need to transfer the files over to a new hard drive (which I have). Unfortunately, I believe I suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder, which renders me unable to properly transfer the files (part of the process involves checking both folders are the same, and among other things the OCD makes my short term memory on this issue like a bowl of water with a massive hole in the middle). As such, I cannot continue the game short of installing both the mod and the game on my laptop (which is fine by me). I don't know how long the OCD will last (it's persisted over the last few days, and a seperate health condition has persisted for longer), so I'm not sure if an installation elsewhere would be necessary.
Another option would be for me to temporarily transfer control over to a third party player (perhaps someone who has now retired from this game) and issue instructions via PM as to what they should do with my turn.
I'm sorry to be inconvenient again, but this is far from the first time this condition has severely hampered my life.
No problem Praetyre! RL comes 1st especially Health! Get well buddy, soon!
I can shepherd your game till you are ready to take it back over. We are (Afaik) nowhere near each other in this game. Remember I have seen your empire. You can either entrust it into my hands, or you can PM me with Instructions. The choice I'll leave up to you. Since I'm retired keeping both my and your turns progressing will be no problem.
Finding a 3rd party to take over will take More time. But if that is your wish we will go that route.
Let us know soon Okay?

I suppose that's one reason to be quitting smoking right there right? lol Still pluggin away on that. You youngsters have no stamina.
I'm fine with JosEPh taking on my game temporarily, though I'd rather keep instructions via PM for strategic reasons.
Forgive me for the double post, but I thought this warranted it: I think I've got my computer back now. I'll let Joe take the turn this time around and take it up next round.
Sorry for the delay - I didn't have time yesterday to play both, and when I came to play this game today I ran into something very unexpected which I wanted to check here - we seem to have city-limits-from-civics turned on in this game, which I thought was an option almost everyone hated - was this deliberate? (3 unhappy in every city for cities after the first 6 on chiefdom for instance)
