Matching Socks

so i have 10 pairs of socks. that are really only 2 pairs. because costco had 2 packs of 5 for the same price as ONE pack of 3 anywhere else at a time that i conveniently needed socks. i think im down to 19 socks, but i can make things match so long as i dont have only a black and a white left, which shouldn't happen.

If my socks match it's a happy coincidence, although I'm pretty sure they match less often than is statistically expected, somehow.

I have 40 pairs of socks. 18 white pairs, 18 black pairs, 4 pairs of varying shades of brown.

Apparently, mismatched socks is a new trend amongst 7 year olds.

Just think...if you were to own 134 different socks, you have 8911 different combinations and no laundry for over two months.Quite a way to combat those crazy terrorist gnomes in my dryer.
