My Last Dog, got him from the dog pound when he was 5, the picture is about 4 years old.

Had to put him down less than 2 weeks ago, he lived to be 16.5 years which is good considering his breed life expectancy is 13-15 years.

My condolences. :( That's among the hardest things anyone can have to do. At least it seems like the harder it feels, the more it was worth having the friend.

I'm very sorry to hear it. Our old dog Sarah is almost 16, and slowly failing. We're going to have to make that hard choice before long. Her litter mate Molly lived 13 1/2 years. Our two new Yellow Lab pups (almost 2 years old now ) brought her out of mourning, and have extended her life.

It couldn't be said better than that. My condolences on losing your friend. :( I know how you feel. May the joy of the memories soon surpass the pain.

:bump:

Here's my uncle's recently born puppy. I'm sure you'll agree it's awesomely cute. ;)

I  them all.

Crappy phone-quality pics, I'm afraid:

Pudlums again, he's fond of the bathroom floor as it has heated tiles.

Scrolling from top to bottom Cleo looked initially like a q-tip. :D

Will post more pussycat pics as I take them. They're not as cute as when they were kittens but still damn adorable at times.

Here's an animated GIF to tide you over.

Yeah, we have a lot of Q-tip kitties. Mama Kit always has at least one in each litter, and her youngins have baby Qs and so on. We have at least four running around right now, and we've had way more.
