The gonverment has:

1) The Bactrians and greeks who live in towns and villages. They are ruled by gonvernors.

2) The gonvernors rule towns and villages. The gonvernors pay tax to the dukes.

3) The dukes rule small areas and put gonvernors in towns and villages. They pay taxes in the princes.

4) The princes rule the land of the dukes. They put dukes, but they pay taxes in the kings.

5) Kings rule large areas of land and put princes. The kings rule in the name of the emperor.

6) The emperor is absolute ruler of the greco-bactrian kingdom. He puts kings, but can veto any of their decicion. He also can put generals to control the army. current emperor is christos I.
