The following is a quote from the beginning of the annual congress of city states inside the League, specifically the foreign report.

On a final note, in order to liberate the besieged colony of Byzantium from some insane idiots that are an insult to humanity itself, and whom make the Thracians seem like the most civilized people, no, deities to ever exist, period., we also sent a relief army in order to liberate the city and put the old government back in charge. We would call a "declaration of war", but they are so uncivilized, its more like a peacekeeping mission than anything else.
That is all from the Hellenistic League. All nations are welcomed to send ambassadors for meetings and deals, execpt for the wanderers, whom will be executed on sight. Blah, blah, blah, important legal crap you don't care about. That's pretty much for this year's annual Hellenistic League report."
