The only person who hasn't posted this round is link16, who as he is fighting 4 on 2 I think left the game.
First off, it's not just who's posting, but the quantity of posts.
Second off, if link doesn't want to play, I'll just replace him- but he hasn't contacted me saying he wishes to quit.

Now time to talk about that special thing I had planned:
To end this game while sparking activity, I will give you each a victory condition via private message. This could be anything. I will also give you a turn that you have to complete it by (if it says 'complete this by turn 13, and you complete it on turn 13, it doesn't count). If you fail to complete your victory condition on time, I will give you a new one. If you complete it, however, I will announce publicly that you completed it. Then, all nations will be free to declare war on you. If you survive three turns after victory completion, you win. If you fall victim to war, gameplay will continue and the remaining nations will continue to try to win, as well.
