However, the death of Remy LeBeau was not in the plan. Logan, Magneto, the Professor and I could not have killed him, and lack motive in any case. Professor Trask (Seon) might have motive, but he was busy elsewhere. Jason Wyngarde was also occupied. That leaves, aside from Senator Kelly, whose lack of ability to tear giant holes in other people's chests seems obvious:

Doesn't 'being occupied' imply activity during the night? If so, I wonder why Nictel himself says that he was inactive. Which one of you two is lying to the public?
