Mod menu glitch

Using the latest versions of CivUP and GEM, when you exit out from a game and return to the main menu the mod button completely stops working and you have to restart Civ 5 to load a game. Also, I doubt that anyone else cares about this but under Meritocracy there's a period missing for the happiness bonus.

The worker to spearman promotion event also doesn't seem to work.

I experience the exact same thing with the mod button. It started very recently and I don't think I've updated anything but GEM/CivUp so ...

GEM 1.6.1.1 and CivUP 41

I had this in civup 2040 + gem 1610 after the terrain tooltip bug triggered.

the tooltip bug is now fixed, so it seems like this is a separate issue?

Thanks for bringing this up; see if it works in Gem v1.6.12.
