Hi all,

I just built Mokka’s Caldron for the first time, thinking it would be neat to sacrifice units at my Demon’s Altar and get a replacement. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it works that way as units I sacrifice, slaves I use to hurry, and units I delete at the Caldron don’t appear to generate replacements. Does the Caldron only activate if units die in actual combat? What about the Balseraph Arena; do unit deaths caused by the Arena trigger the Caldron?

Thanks,

That really diminishes what could be an interesting wonder (of course it could be totally broken too if it brought back units sac’d at a demon altar). Pity it isn’t a piece of equipment, like the Lyre or the Crown; being able to move the Caldron to the front lines would significantly increase its appeal.

It is a piece of equipment in my modmod. Also, it enters the world with Mokka the frostling at Sanhaim.

Flesh golems, if I remember correctly.

I thought it was demons of some kind?

When originally added to the game Mokka's Cauldron brought things back as Undead units. That was later changed to Flesh Golems, and more recently to Demons.
