Mokuba Jibada of Yavdlom Leaderhead - June 2006

I didn't see this one as it came out... it's great ! Don't know if I'd ever use it but I downloaded it anyway just to watch it moving, and it's a true miracle :goodjob: he seems to be alive !!

Thanks Mithadan and themanuneed.:)

7ronin,
I just used textures that came with the props. The headband and torque were free props, from Runtime DNA I believe. Offhand I can't remember if they were from that site exactly, or their names. The Headdress that looks like a turban was, I believe, a headpiece for Stephanie Petite from Daz. I'll have to look into the names of all 3 props and if I was right about the site and get back to you on it.:)

this isnt computer gen!! You big lier. I saw the guy yesterday, he lives on my street!!! NIce try, but you can't fool me!!:p

You saw a guy with pointed ears? Wow, I'm impressed, where do you live? :wow:

in California, so weird....

Crap. He told me he'd lay low for a while. Oh well, I can't complain, he posed for free for me.

7ronin,
Sorry, I still haven't looked up those props yet, but I realized that the torque might not have been from Runtime DNA. It was probably from Renderosity. I promise soon I'll look them up and PM you with the answers.:)

it's a strange world out there...

Funnily enough, the headband he's wearing in the first era is the same as the one that my LH is wearing in the third. I actually don't remember where I got it from, although I know it was part of an Egyptian accessories pack, and I think it cost a small amount; the folder says it's by 5D-art, but I'm buggered if I can find a link for them!

And now you will be making elven princess leaderheads... you lucky bastard! :D

Even better, I'll be making all 3 at once.:mischief:

Plotinus,
I'll still haven't checked:blush: , but I'm pretty sure that all 5d-art stuff is from Runtime DNA, as I downloaded a lot of free headgear from there.

Sorry for bumping my thread again, but I thought I'd post this info in case anyone else was interested in the props. This is a copy of what I pm'd 7ronin.

I tracked down the necklace. It was on Renderosity.com, under the 'Free Stuff.' It's called Enchantment, and it's by jancory. The url, if you're signed in, is:

http://camelot.renderosity.com/free...rm.Search=True&Form.Criteria=feather+necklace

The headband was from RuntimeDNA.com, under 'Free Stuff.' It's called HeadpieceV2, uploaded by Maveris on 2002-12-09. The Downloaded folder is called 2960_HeadpieceV2. The url is:

http://www.runtimedna.com/mod/filelib/index.php?Start=351&section_id=19

The headpiece that looks like a turban from that view is ps_ac852, The Dress Headpiece for Stephanie 3.0 Petite. I used TDHP4 from the set. It can be found on Daz3d.com, here:

:)

This is one of the MOST beautiful leaderheads i have ever seen.
i honestly would be afraid to use it in a mod, because it would make the others
look pale by comparison.

i mean it. this is astounding. great work!

<--EDIT-->
oops sorry....i have a nasty habit of just doing a "quick reply" before i look at the rest of the forum,
i didn't mean to break up the convo. my bad.

~peace~

Because you're from Ontario you're forgiven for bumping a 4 month old thread.;)

Thanks for the compliment. Just so you know, after my next leaderhead I'm going to be doing a couple of modifications off of this leaderhead. One is a non-elf version in chainmail for Stormrage, and the other is a 4-era African leaderhead requested of me by Sword_Of_Geddon.:)

So since you replied to the bump, I figured I'd add on.

Do you think the chainmail, non-pointy eared version would work for a medieval Moor?

I'm not too sure. I'm not sure how a medieval Moor would exactly look (I'll google it). The final look though will depend on Stormrage, and also it will only be a single-era head, which would only be good for scenarios.:)

Here's what I could find doing a quick Google image search and on Wikipedia.
The last one, Azeem, is the character played by Morgan Freeman in Kevin Costner's "Robin Hood: Prince of Theives".
