Mongolian Heavy Horseman (Sep 07, 2008)

I would like to request some units but I fear you will have them covered in your upcoming projects anyway...

Well, it`s easier to say which are not in my to-do list. :D

My Chinese pack could be used as the model for further packs.
Just imagine about 20 major civs with the next historic sub-periods:

Bronze Age
Early Iron Age
Later Iron Age
Dark Ages
High Medieval
Later Medieval

Actually, it covers almost every significant Ancient and Medieval civ or region.
For example, Visigoths could be used as Dark Age`s units for Spain; Huns as early units for Mongols; Sumers and Assyrians as early units for the later coming Mesopotamian empires etc.

Also, I plan to make Ancient and Medieval Settlers/Workers for the civs which don`t have them yet.
Yeah, so, uh, basically my personal mod has every one of those eras exactly. The mod is supposed to go further into the 17th century, the Napoleonic period, the 19th century, WWI, WW2, the Cold War & contemporary periods and the future, but I never get that far. Ever. ;) This is why I love Sandris' choice for flavour eras. Love.
Warning! Image heavy page, don't go there if you have a slow internet connexion.

A glimpse at a dream becoming reality
Steph, where's this Pedia Pic from?
It_LateRepLegio.gif
It looks kinda like BeBro's Late Republican Legionary, but not like the pedia pic I have. I didn't miss a new graphic for a Late Republican Legionary, did I?

It is BeBro late republican legionnary. I think he included optional pedia in the package. I used the one with the sword, as it was a replacement of the Iron Swordsman, while the early republican was a replacement for the spearman (so I use the pedia with the pilum).

Ah, I see. It's been so long since I installed the unit I seem to have forgotten the alternate pedia pics. Thanks!

I am so with you on that one!
