I'm literally astounded that mooning is being taken this seriously. It's a bum. Bums are funny, as an adult or a kid. If you can't do it as a child then you aren't having enough fun. And in my eyes if you won't do it as an adult you take yourself too seriously.

In 1979, a patron at a local bar told his buddies he'd buy a drink for all who would run outside to the rail road tracks and "moon" the next train, which many did. Since then, an annual "mooning" of the Amtrak train has become a tradition.
The 33rd Annual Mooning of Amtrak is scheduled for all day Saturday, July 14, 2012, Laguna Niguel, (Orange County) California, U.S.A. So if you've never mooned anyone before, this may be a good time to start making plans.
