White Sands Missile Range

Located in the deserts of New Mexico, the White Sands Missile Range is America's largest military installation at just under 8,300 square kilometres. It has been home to several prolific tests since it became a military site in 1941, including the Trinity Atomic Bomb test, several V-2 rocket test firings, the Apollo escape system and as a landing strip for the early Space Shuttle. Ingame, the White Sands Missile Range provides 3 Guided missiles in the city in which it is built, has a Scientist specialist slot and requires Rocketry. The White Sands Missile Range can be downloaded via Steam Workshop Here or from the CivFanatics Download Database Here

Very nice on the Ziggurat - Have you though about doing the Temple of Enlil at Nippur? That was the central Ziggurat for the Sumerians and Sumerians of every city would bring offerings to the temple. Quite majestic too and large.

Just a heads up that there probably won't be a new wonder this weekend - I'm in the middle of a fresh rebuild of my computer software (Reinstalling everything) - Civ 5 is downloading as we speak. So while I'm getting that sorted there won't be a wonder, but I'll do two next weekend

but I'll do two next weekend

Sounds nice ;)
Btw, when do you plan to update the OP?
After the last 2 wonder packs are updated to GK?

What's out of date on the OP?

But yeah, I'm just waiting on pack cover art for the Arab Spring, CNY and Songkran packs to update them to G&K before it's all done. I'd like to try and get an all-in-one Vanilla pack done, but realistically that's not likely to happen. So, if anyone is willing to take it on all of the CFC links are still Vanilla and they are more than welcome to it

I thought you want the OP to represent the latest version of the wonders, so the GK version
There should be a lot of era changes

You should move the MLK memorial on the first page to the atomic era (now that it's availeable with computers instead of vanilla's mass media)
Probably a couple others are due to be moved too

EDIT: MLK Memorial to atomic era (Computers), was in modern era (Mass Media)
Palm Jumeirah to information era (Globalization), was in modern era (Globalization)
Motherland Calls to atomic era (Combined Arms), was in modern era (Radar)
Petronas Towers to information era (Globalization), was in modern era (Electronics)
Rockefeller Center to modern era (Replacable Parts), was in industrial era (Replacable Parts)
Abraj al Bait Tower to information era (Globalization), was in modern era (Globalization)
Empire State Building to modern era (Electronics), was in industrial era (Electricity)
Sky Tower to atomic era (Ecology), was in industrial era (Radio)
Taipei 101 to information era (if Globalization) or atomic era (if Ecology), was in modern era (Ecology)
Broadway to modern era (Radio), was in industrial era (Radio)
Oriental Pearl Tower to information era (Telecommunications), was in modern era (Mass Media)
Khaosan Road to modern era (Flight), was in industrial era (Flight)
Arecibo Observatory to atomic era (Radar), was in moden era (Satellites)
Brooklyn Bridge to modern era (Railroad), was in industrial era (Railroad)
Millau Viaduct to atomic era (Ecology), was in modern era (Plastics)
I guess the Shanghai World Financial Center (Globalization) will also be moved from the modern era when you update it to GK

EDIT2: If everything end up where I think (so Shanghai World Financial Center and Taipei 101 will be in the information era)
You will have 7 industrial, 8 modern, 7 atomic and 7 information era wonders :)
For now ;)

EDIT3: checked the earlier wonders too:
Cairo Citadel to classical era (Engineering), now in medieval era (Engineering)
Buddhas of Bamyan to classical era (Engineering), now in medieval era (Engineering)
Teotihuacan to classical era (Engineering), now in medieval era (Engineering)
Grand Canal to medieval era (Compass), now in renaissance era (Compass)

I accidentally just whipped up a Monte Carlo wonder mod this morning, not realizing it was on your roadmap. Were you planning on getting around to that one soon, or should I just release what I have in the meantime?

I converted Walter Hawkwood's pantheon and got it in game. The downside is that we can't do the inconstruction state. but atleast we have a 3D model now. I attached the rar. but you really just need to do the right files and add the gr2 and dds files

attachment.php

Guys,

What about these kind of jobs:

I'm not sure if I lost something, but "Is there any joint of the 3D models and the wonders that have been made?"

About the audio files: "Have anyone tried to use the CIV IV files?"
The voice was the same and we could select some audio files to use in CIV V.

I really expect to have new wonders that works fully natural with the game. I mean, in all areas, xml files, 3D models, icons, splash screens, audio....

Pouakai, I sent you a friend invite on Steam from Envoy. It's uploaded but only for friends. Thought you could take a look and perhaps we could collaborate. I don't have your Oil Filter plugin, but I am using something else to make the photos look, well, less like photos. Thanks. I am always open to suggestions and criticism, just want to put stuff out that I, and other players, will enjoy.

It's been done by adding the wonder into the game files, but I've been having trouble getting it to work through a mod

If it's the same as adding a civilization's audio file then it can't be done unless it replaces something, which I don't want to do.

It looks good, and I like the choice of effect. I'm not sure about the splash screen though, it seems a bit modern - I was going to use This image as the splash screen, maybe see how that would work? Also, would you be opposed to swapping the happiness and gold? (2 Gold and 4 Happiness) since you're going to get a fair bit of gold from the city size?

I like the image you posted, let me throw that in this evening and you can take another look -- thanks.

PS: from your planned wonders list in the OP, you forgot to take down some of your latest wonders: White Sands, Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, Chogha Zanbil
PS2: Cairo Citadel should be in medieval era IMO

No, I'm still trying to get some wonders out in the first half of the week - turns out the issue wasn't with windows, so I'm still frequently getting crashes on Civ 5, Total War, Portal 2 etc.. I'm also waiting on a Lua code for Paro Taktsang, but I'll do my best to get a wonder out today
