There's a mod by Beezamy called City Hall that adds a lens that shows some of the terrain features etc. that you could search for in this Moxi's map search mod. Hopefully Moxi will update this mod at some point.

I love this mod, but it no longer seems to be working since patch 1.2.4. Thanks for your continued efforts.

Any news on this mod? The game gets more complex with the patches, and I miss a map search feature more than ever.
