His oratory was interrupted as the double doors slammed open and in strode a firmly-built man with thick black hair combed back over his head and a heavy handlebar moustache. He wore an unbuttoned polo shirt with the collar turned up, a faded pair of jeans, and slip-on shoes. "Wazzup A-Dawg!" he bellowed, cheap-ass beer spattering across the floor as he swung his arm wide.
"I'm sorry, I don't think we—"
"Still haven't thrown out that toothbrush huh? You know what they say, small moustache, small dic...tator, hur hur!" He sat down on the desk, swinging his leg up over the side. Hitler cringed as a cup full of pencils click-clacked onto the floor. Somewhere in Europe, there were twenty-seven spontaneous explosions.
"Look, would you explain what you're doing here?"
"A little bird told me you were being all Socialist with the foreign aid budget, so I thought I'd hit you up for some o' that 'free love', eh mang?"
Hitler looked at Traudl, who threw her hands up, equally perplexed.
"We don't run a goddamn open keg here," the Leader began, finding his temper, "Foreign aid is distributed according to—"
"—SNXXXXXX," the man fake-snored. "Listen, Dolfy, me and the boys are goin' clubbin' in about an hour so I'll keep this short." He stood up, spreading his arms wide as if inviting a hug. "I'm your friend! I could be your best bud! But hey," he shuffled over, close enough that his binge drinking now invaded his hosts' nostrils, "Girlfriends don't run cheap! Eh! Eh!" he elbowed him vigorously in the chest. "I expect to see a cheque later this week," he said, strolling out of the room. "Peace, brah!"
Hitler counted to twenty, then walked mechanically to his desk and pounded the silent alarm on the underside. Six minutes later, nearly the entire building was assembled in his office.
"BROSEPH STALIN?!" he hollered. "What <redacted>-faced <redacted> <redacted> had the <redacted>-<redacted> idea to <redacted> client <redacted> Chad?!"
The general staff looked around, but Fegelein was nowhere to be seen.

In retrospect it occurs to Indonesia that technically the HITSGDP should be embargoing the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the Netherlands...
This would push them closer to the ARMS sphere, but it would also make foreign policy consistent...

I'll support the embargo of the UK then. Consistency is good, considering that the UK had no reason to coup those nations. Although calling us hypocrites for that is hypocritical in itself as you were still part of HITSGDP at that time. I would also like to note for anyone who is on the no trade list of HITSGDP can get off there with an apology, the release of any unlawfully occupied territory if they have any and helping return the legitimate government back into power of any states where they have assisted in a coup.
Now, let's see what you were saying about my proposal, which is still in the process of being drafted.
Right now the UN is more than useless. It has done nothing to stop wars. All it is is a place where nations such as the Papal States can complain about how we're trying to breach the sovereignty of nations that like to execute people for very shaky reasons. Such as the Duchy of Mann, a state you are supporting, who brutally executes dissidents for bad reasons. Well, I know this is going to sound unpopular, but states such as the Duchy of Mann, Russia and Aden have proven that they don't deserve sovereignty. I would take it away from them myself if it wouldn't cause massive amounts of bloodshed and impact world stability. So we hit them where it hurts, their GDP.
HITSGDP has proven to be 1000 times more effective than the UN. So this proposal seeks to make the UN more like HITSGDP.
On reflection this is something that is unnecessary so I will remove that section of the proposal.
If the people of the UN don't want to embargo people who are on HITSGDP's list then they can just leave. It is really just that simple.

I guess we not so different: we both are imperial powers. The difference is that I am honest about my imperial aims. You claim to be a peaceful figure but failed to seek peace in the world when blood was shed. The Papal States seeked the peace. You should keep in mind that your chaotic ramble excuse for a country is not being colonised by Imperium forces is that trade can gain better goods than conquest. The fact your failing to use a nation proper name shows your lack of diplomatic skills and hence suggest you are unfit to rule. Thankfully we are willing to overlook this for trade. Our actions have been internal unlike the external crimes of the UK and Russia. Our acts have been for order unlike the criminal ways of the UK and Russia. We maintain order. We do not tolerate infidels thinking they run the show by commencing such insults against His Holiness! You are preaching against His Holiness: correct yourself if you want to be spared by the Lord's servents!
We request the Papal States this: if the Spammers do not lift the embargo against the Manx then we advise His Holiness to embargo the Spammers.

1. You are not an imperial power
2. Trade is not the only reason you are not "colonising" Spammer land. You are also politically, diplomatically, economically, and militarily backward. The United Kingdom has more than double your income and you would be hard pressed to fight off an invasion of beavers.
3. Just because you're executing citizens within your borders does not excuse the crime. Pressing our rightful claims - and winning - on the isle of Britain is not a crime.
4. I suggest you stop speaking on the Papacy's behalf so that it can maintain some semblance of face.

Indonesia clarifies its position: an embargo of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the Netherlands would be consistent as every other power that has occupied another nation's territory has seen an embargo.
On the nature of coups, a HITSGDP position on couped nations must be clearly established. Sinai is on the blacklist due to likely role in its coups against HITSGDP members, but this would also give legitimacy to an embargo of the United Kingdom and countless other suspicious realignments.
Removing the embargo provision would help distance the Crusaders from ARMS as a bonus. Currently they are basically being pressed into the alliance to avoid HITSGDP reprisal.

I would also like to say that we will attempt to implement our proposal in the UN, even if the Papal States starts sending soldiers to stop us. It's a bloody proposal, if you don't like it you vote against it, you don't threaten war!

It shall hurt the Spammer economy to not have the Suez or Gulf, for sure, but with the Pope's grip on the Mediterranean the Spammers must tread carefully lest their economy dry up entirely.

We will accept your proposal of a Defensive Pact and we also offer one to Japan if we do not have one already. On the note of Defensive Pacts we dissolve our side of the one we had with the Papacy, if they get into a war then they can have their cake and eat it.
