Multipolarity III - Game Thread

So the Emperor's wife's homeland supplied merceneries to a enemy of the Imperium of Man?! The Imperium felt betrayed from the discovery that Russian vessels were fighting alongside the Romnesians. We are now having the case you are in war with a member of the Order. However as part of improving our relations the Imperium is willing to help peace talks between the Russian and Polish goverments. In the end though our great concern is against the enemies of the Imperium: you should consider taking league with the Imperium against the enemies of your Tsar's son-in-law.

Renting our ships is handled by secondary vendors, when they are not in use. In addition, we have not kept up with outside events enough to know the extent of rivalry and war.

No. We are at war. Unless you pay us for helping Romney and the Vampires to invade our country.

Boo hoo hoo.

Do you hear that? It's the sound of Communists being publicly executed.

Their screams fill the air like a sweet siren's song. Beautiful.

O, yes, it is beautiful. It gives me ideas of what to do with Romnesian PoW's next year, when I shall crush your armies.

What do you say? Should I burn them alive or impale them and cut their eyes and ears?

You may bend over and submit to my superior Romnesian [redacted], you Communist pig!

Lol

Christos made me laugh

OOC: I don't know weather to cry of face palm. Oh screw it...

Link to video.

Conflicts as they stand:

Britonic War (Netherscots versus Imperium, Granada); this war is not part of the general European conflict.
European War (Poland and Papacy versus Russia)
African War (Romney, Blood Empire, Russia, Spammers versus Canada, Namibia, Manx, Granada)
Horn War (Aden versus Ethiopia)
Amazon War (Costa Rica vs. Amazon)

Clients that are located close to the theater of conflict are auto-included.

OOC: So basically the Britonic war connects into the African War by Granada and Manx, which connects into the European war by Russia, and Costa Rica connects its war by proxy into it as well, as it threatens the Blood Empire. The Horn war is a conlfict that has yet to expand into the current world cluster...but I'm guessing it's going to happen.
...there is stupidity and then there's this.

Actually Ethiopia is one of Romney's most helpful clients. It's already tied into the world cluster

ooc: It already connects since Ethiopia is a client of Romnesia :p

==European War – Eastern Front==

Russia and Poland have finally gone to war.

The Imperium attempts to send troops, but since the still half-built ships nearly sink out of port, they row back into it. All 10 Manx fleets remain at home to defend against piracy.

Cascadia, at Manx’s request, sends a single naval division to assist Poland. Most troops are kept at home to defend against any possible Canadian threat.

The Polish navy begins the strike by attacking the Russian fleet! Wait, what’s this? There is no Russian fleet! All of them have gone overseas to aid Romney… ah well! Blockaded!

4 Polish, 2 Finnish, 1 East German, and 1 Uruguayan army form the “Northern Army” and move into north Russia. They fight 4 Russian armies on the defense.

2-6. The Russians lose 2 provinces but halt the advance. They wipe out 1 Polish and 1 Finnish force. The Russians lose 3 armies themselves.

15 Polish divisions form the “Southern Army” and do battle with Russia’s 21 divisions.

8-13. Russia gains 5 provinces. Poland loses 10 armies; Russia loses 5.

Only a few thousand civilians have perished due to restraint on the parts of both militaries, but how long will that last? How many men and resources are both sides willing to pour into the war to assert their right to the former Partitionania?

So we are almost seeing WW1. Jut need Asia to suddenly see a war occur.

OOC: North America is still relatively quiet. Bowser and Canada are on the offensive so war hasn't gotten here yet.

Well we haven't really reached a worldwide war, but several independent conflicts with some slight ties. Until the war's got actual global background as much as reality, it isn't really a world war. :p

==European War – Western Front==

The Papacy and its allies are ready to move in to restore the rightful regime of France, but word arrives that a coup has restored President Ogilvie Maurice to power. Shadow has once more vanished into the shadows (many are thinking this is the basis of his name), and the status quo resumes.

Well. That was easy. Tally ho gents.

==War of the Horn==

With Romney’s forces being almost entirely occupied in the west, Negan launches a full-scale invasion of Ethiopia.

18 armies invade and face off against 11 armies.

16-2

Negan inflicts a crippling defeat on the Ethiopians, killing 9 armies while losing only 3 of his own.

ooc: that's convenient, I do hope I still get military tech from the plans though :p

Once we finish with Romney, we promise that we shall send forces to help Poland.

Russia takes that as an aggressive stance, and wishes to resolve this with Namibia's allies before it has to get involved.
