As sensitive information has leaked in places, I am issuing a total lock now to avoid any players possibly exploiting it.

Humanity First is considered suspended; I will not report its status next turn but should Ravus return I will reinstate it.

Occitania is NPCed for one turn in the event LH decides to return; should he not I will find some way to dispose of it.

I will probably be deliberating with Jehoshua and CivGeneral in upcoming turns so as to have an actual Prime Ministerial relationship with them rather than running the country unilaterally.
