As we do not wish to have a war then our spy rings in Yunnan will be broken up by us. We will not apologise to Yunnan unless you release all Spartacus agents captured by your government and your client's governments.

The Red Destiny, as a way to encourage opposition to Spartacus and as a way to invest money into economies that need it, hereby offer $1,000 per dead Spartacus agent, soldier, police officer, or other Spartacus related official. If they are brought to us alive to be enslaved, we shall provide $10,000. For the leader of the agency/country, we offer $1,000,000. Should the Spartacus government be overthrown, we offer to invest $100,000,000 into the local economy as well as military and espionage protection by us, or if invaded and toppled by another country, twice that amount to be gifted to the government that did the deed.

This bounty works for individuals and nations. It is easy money, and we highly encourage the world to take advantage of it.

We would like to note that this isn't anywhere near as much money as they are saying, remember that one revenue point is worth a hundred million dollars. So that's two revenue points for declaring war on the nation with the best espionage in the world. What an incentive.

Those of the Red Dawn who cooperate will have their sentences downgraded to a quick painless death. Those who do not will suffer a fate far worse than death.

Yeah but I actually RP'd a system for them where they aren't treated horribly. Plus everyone is released in less than 10 years.

With approval from the Golden Master, the Golden Horde is hereby requesting admission into EREI with Germany and Britain. Geographically a small portion of the Horde lies within Europe, and so the name is of no concern.

The Golden Horde is also issuing an embargo against Azerbaijan until it removes its fat, slimy tentacles from Rajputana, Afghanistan, and Mongolia.

Probably? It's not up to the government to determine how someone gets into an indentured servitude contract, but it is up to the bureaucracy to make sure no one's getting buggered with coercion etc. Like, you could go into indentured servitude to pay off a loan, or get a lump of cash.

Also, they do have a decent standard of living. At least I think they do, I don't know what Tany actually gives them.

Mostly because I'm not eager to rip my hair out over different slave mechanics.

I suppose one could set their rate to 0 as slaves/POWs/servants all generate a flat bonus that doesn't depend on work rate.

but... you are in Siberia. the only ocean you have access to is in the arctic sea, and you don't control any large cities up there.

it would make more sense for the Army doing all that.
