All jakartese citizens are offered Roman citizenship, or be asked to leave. we will, of course, do the standard screening. Sleeper spies and such... irritate us.

Any nations on this list will suffer a number of diplomatic issues with us until they dismantle all nuclear devices of any sort which they happen to possess.

we issued a friendly reminder to new America that if they absolutely must use nukes, they are to use it tactically, and to limit civilian damage. the Empire cannot support America if they use them strategically after all...
