I'm surprised this troll thread reached 13 pages.....
Demonstrators shouted "death to Denmark" and "death to France", and called for the embassies of both the countries to be shut, the BBC's Bilal Sarwary in Afghanistan says.
"They want to test our feelings," protester Mawli Abdul Qahar Abu Israra told the BBC.
"They want to know whether Muslims are extremists or not. Death to them and to their newspapers," he said.

Well, allow me to introduce you to the concept of "cultural difference" then.Winner said:A sample of cartoons being published by the Arabic media...![]()
So, those racists dare to feel offended by our mild drawings. Again, this is nothing more than an
UTTER HYPOCRISY
Errr the Jyllands-Posten cartoons was perceived as blasphemous. These cartoons you've posted are not blasphemous, they do not mock or demafe the sacred elements of a religion. They may be offensive and provocative but they are clearly different.Winner said:A sample of cartoons being published by the Arabic media...![]()

I've been called a troll only by you. You've been called one by at least 3 people. I find it amusing and therefore I post here as much as I like.Winner said:The only troll here is you, my dear. So why do you post here, for that matter?![]()

Also please try and read the posts above mine. There are few reasonable people that take your side 100% in this debate. Guess why? Most of them are Europeans the same Europeans you are tryingt o be.

Being stubborn till the end ey? Opinions should be changed and modified when one realises that they were wrong. Take that as a friendly advice.Winner said:I don't care much how many people call this thread a troll, because they're clearly wrong. Its better than being blinded by ideology and a feeling of being an exception unlike those "others". So thereYou're being awkward. Really.

Also in your post adove you keep generalizing and putting people into one "group". Dont you find that well wrong? "All Muslims should appologise" "all Russians must feel guilty" "All Czechs suffered" dont you find it a bit simplistic?
They may be anti-semitic but the strong blasphemy difference is there. It's also worth noting that you've drawn the cartoons from the more hardline Arabic presses, places where it is already known and hardly surprising that such sentiment exists. But bear in mind that difference between blasphemy and political / social mockery.Winner said:Although there is a difference, these pictures are clearly anti-semitic, attacking the Jews in much more brutal way than the Danish cartoons do.
I dare say, that people producing such drawings don't have any right to criticize similar caricatures in Europe.
Hmmm... I dont find his examination convincing and I find his opinions close to fashist. Look at what happens in Iraq in the name of "Democracy". Shouldn't we also re-examine Democracy and all the bombings in its name? Killings in the name of something is not monopolized by Islamic Terrorists.aneeshm said:Maybe you do not know that Winner's opinions of Islam were shaped by a critical and honest re-examination of that religion after terrorists struck Europe ? Earlier , he , too , was one of the majoriatrians .
Its the first time I've been described that way, thank you very much. I come from Russia. I am sure you've heard about the little Chechen war we have there. I haev reasons to hate Muslims and call them barbarians. Why dont I? I understand you are from India. You have Pakistan.... so I undersand why you feel the way you feel, however I could share your opinions. I dont and not because I have no problems with Chechen terrorists. None of your (winners and yours) nations have the amount of problems with the Islamic terrorists as we do. So if anything I know more about what can come out of hatred. Circumstances you say? Sorry I am aware of that.It is the ideology of political correctness that blinds you . We have our eyes wide open . That is why my opinions coincide with Winner's on a lot of things ( including Islam and the threat is poses ) , even though you would be hard-pressed to find people from more different circumstances .
Thats a really good question. Why dont you?Gelion said:Its the first time I've been described that way, thank you very much. I come from Russia. I am sure you've heard about the little Chechen war we have there. I haev reasons to hate Muslims and call them barbarians. Why dont I?

Well for one reason that I believe that no religion unless it is evidently destructive is the "right way to God". If anything I am against policising of religion as I think that it should be a private business of each person. Any attempt for spread of religion or involving it in political struggle ends in blood or loss of faith. It is true of any religion. By destructuve religion I mean that one that practices cannibalism, and other destructive rithuals (good example: Satanism). Islam despite what uninformed people think is not a destructive religion and therefore I have no problems with its followers except for extremists. Extremists (violent extermists) are a problem of every society regardless of sex(well maybe mostly male), nationality, religion or race. To me unless they are a majority in a religion they cannot represent the whole religion. I do well to keep that in mind. Just because German Nazis did one of the most horrible things in our history 50 years ago I try not to equalize them with todays Germans. In fact despite our history I am normally pleased to communicate with Germans.Bozo Erectus said:Thats a really good question. Why dont you?
Double negation, sorry I should have remembered it is not allowed. It should read "I do have problems with Chechen terrorists, but not because....[I share your opinions]"Huh?![]()
