I have the very same feeling! Last time I had a interaction with Embryodead -- he was not doing very good : he was working from basement in Poland, not having much social life and he was not sounding very happy overall, but I was too shy to ask for more info. (. I miss his presence here. I hope things got better for him and he is busy with real life in a good sense.

I miss him too, he always was a great and helpful presence on CFC. He was probably my biggest role model in the Civ modding community, his mods have a level of innovation and polish both on the user facing and implementation end that is really aspirational. I never knew he wasn't doing well, I hope things have improved for him since then.
