Very nice readup.

I use a very similar playstyle and i gotta say that this is one (if not the most effective) way of winning a pure domination victory in +inmortal.

Some things that u might have to touch on:
1. The enhacing beliefs from religion : Getting thrift or veneration (or both) plays a huge role in this kind of playstyle
2. Sacred sites is not neccesarily the best reformation belief always. Getting the reformation that gives u +20% combat strenght vs civs that don't have ur religion is very good. Jesuit education can also be nice sometimes

Yeah, Reformation is fluid based on the civilization in question.

Tradition civs that aren't Korea, Ethiopia, etc. are awesome with Jesuit Education, and alpha warrior civs like Zulu and Songhai are amazing with Crusader Spirit.
