NDNESV: Another God One

Description: Imagine a really fat baby but with a face that looks vaguely like Teddy Kennedy.

Dear god, that's scary!

And for TLO, I guess I'll just be ice.

1st Spending point-

In the very bottom of the world, with nothing that could possibly be more south (Think Antarticia), Xelo, being bored of not having anything to do, decided to create a perfectly circle island, completely covered in Ice. In this world, Arctic and Antarctic creatures of all kinds flourished in the vast cold. He also created vast amounts of Fish and Krill, to feed not only the creatures, but humans themselves

2nd Spending point

In this new Island, he realized that pretty much every human would have it bad here. Crops couldn't grow, so no civilization could possibly grow except on the coast, which Penguins, one of his preferred creatures, desperately needed to feed themselves. So, around 10 hundred miles from the exact center of the island, he created a ring of mountains, completely closing the exact center. The mountains protected this small area, and the land turned from a desolate wasteland into a tundra, and created tundra animals to live there. This is the only part of his island that crops can grow.

3rd Spending point

Xelo then realized that, even with this enclave, there wasn't much water to nourish any crops. To fix that, in the exact 0o Latitude of his island, he created a massive river that stretched from one half of the island to another, logically going through the enclave. Xelo used his powers to control ice to make sure the water /doesn't/ freeze (Don't ask how that works). Finally, with all that work, the humans actually needed a crop to grow. So Xelo presented them with his Daikon Radish, specifically designed to survive this island, and flourish in it.

Xelo then retreated back to the realm of gods, smiling at his, from there, tiny island, combining the cold with beautiful civilization.

(Since Xelo is supposed to be a very young god, I would like it if he had some sort of parents (Like how Saturn was Jupiter's father, for example, or pretty much every Olympian god besides his wife whose name escapes me (I know it's Hera in Greek, however), Venus, Neptune, and Pluto was Jupiter's kids). However, the lack of any female god is kind of shocking, so he would only have a father, if anyone even wants their god to have a child)

My god is the god of kindness, he could have adopted you.

Edit: Added to Description

Here's your female god, Omega.

Name: --- (Nameless)

Title: Goddess of shadows, reflections, death. The Obsidian One.

Strength:

Health

Description: Who cares about how the Obsidion One looks like, and who knows? Everyone claims at least 100 different things after witnessing her. Some claims her to be a young girl! Some claims her to be an old woman! Some claims her to be a young woman in her 20s. Some claims her to be a monster. Some even claim to not see nor feel anything when others literally die of fright around them.

She is extraordinarily vengeful. She lives in the Mist, where lies appear truth and truth appear lies. Monsters borne of man's thoughts stalk the very ground, punishing sinners for their crimes. Last struggles of the dying and freedom from life is her blessing. Mirrors, shadows, and mists are the conduits of her power.

Spending Points

2 points on the Mist. It is heavy fog where the Obsidian One's powers are at its height. Its very nature brings life to man's thoughts, twisting it into monstrosities to punish them of their crimes. Only the staunchest believers of the Obsidian One would be able to control or protect others of the horrors that lurk in the Mist. The Mist also seems to follow the believers of the Obsidian One, existing wherever a sizeable number of believers are. It also seemingly allows believers of the Obsidian Ones to communicate with the dead, although it is unknown if they are actually the dead or just another illusion spawned from the Mist.

Obsidian Plains: a plain filled with obsidian. It is vast, fertile, and filled with forests and lakes.

Oh what the hell heaven, why not.

Allas Athaniel

Title: Patron of the Virtuous, Arbiter of Justice

Description: Allas Athaniel takes several forms. To soldiers, he is a titan, nine feet tall with golden armor and an aura of majesty. To the humble, he appears as a golden snake. To others, he can be seen as a giant golden eagle. However, is most common form is that of a golden-skinned judge, whatever a judge looks like in that particular culture. His sign is a circle with a four pointed star. It is etched in light on his forehead.

Allas Athaniel judges those who wish to be judged, both good or evil, those who believe that their deeds must be accounted for. He is naturally a friend to order and law, and will find patrons among those who seek to create it in their lands. The more civilized the land, the more temples to Allas Athaniel will be found.

Allas Athaniel works through his emissaries, choosing to remain in his bastion, gathering strength and power from the prayers of those who seek justice. His emissaries generally come as white-robed, white-armored soldiers, bearing a glowing sword and a pair of scales.

Spending Point One: Create a vast fortress, the Akrelian Keep, which shall be Athaniel's domain.

Spending Point Two: Create a host of heavenly soldier-judges, to carry the will of Allas Athaniel to the masses.

This game needs more Lovecraftian influence. Just saying.

Hahaha, nice.

I am thinking it should be an afterlife place, where each of the gods' have their own area which the souls of their dead reside and a common area accessible by all gods' for social purposes.

Sorry I kind of interpreted that as more figurative. i thought it meant that they dwelled with the God for eternity. Sorry.

Is it possible to have minor gods that would exist under us that are NPCs

So we can't bestow angelship on our dead followers?
Do we even get to make angels or just material beings like golems?

Well, once a soul joins with a god, over time it become indistinguishable from the other souls within a god, basically just becoming more of the god's energy. However, if the soul is still "fresh", the god could potentially rip it out of themselves and throw it into a dead body with some oversized wings stapled onto the back and bam, you got yourself an angel.

So yeah, you can't make any living thing out of thin air. Be creative. Just because your heavenly servants are technically walking husks of people doesn't mean that they aren't cool :p

Eh, I'm not really too keen on the idea. If you want gods living under you, either convince or force them to.
