All COBRA units, congratulations. Our technicians have laid down a fully integrated digital communications system to deliver orders with 8.5% added efficiency. No more patchy radio transmissions, men. The future is now.

On the orbital front, NAO facilities are engaged in ECM bombardment of incoming Ursine forward elements. We have limited all Polar Bear sub-orbital incursions to a small patch of arctic land to the north of the main Soldian battlefield. Don't worry men, COBRA land units should have the time they need to finish the job.

Following the recent destruction of the Imperial Capital, we declare G7 to be the new Soldian Capital. Since the nation of Soldia is no longer an Empire per se, we believe that New NAO Chi Minh City will be a far more appropriate name for this metropolitan area.

Cobra Guerilla Command Units have already been given their orders. Units in COBRA proper will now receive their orders:

We will continue the drive to total air superiority with the purchase of a heavy fighter wing. Despite the loss of our Tank Killers, our new fighters combined with CGC's anti-air units will ensure continued dominance of the skies.

All helicopter units, regroup and decontaminate in your current locations.

G5 Troopers and Humvee: Fortify.
G5 Mercenary Flakker: Regroup.
Repair Robots: Engage in strengthening the fortifications, providing forest camouflage to our troopers and assisting the regrouping flakkers.

G6 Mercenary Heavy Tank: Regroup and Decontaminate

Gunboat: Aboard the CSS Ardashir, Cobra Commander One will personally oversee continued bombardment of I3, as we steam north to I4. Destroy ALL Brown units in I3.

J3 Armored Car: Move to I2. Investigate reports of fleeing Brown Stormtroopers. Continue to probe north investigating Brown territory if little resistance is encountered.

J5 Light Artillery: Advance on I3. Target Brown Armored Cars.

NOTE: All CGC units moving to J3, please redirect to I3.

H4 Medium Tanks: Regroup.

H4 Rocket Artillery: Bombard RED targets of opportunity. Maintain position.

J6 Weapons Truck: Move to H9. Use weapons to upgrade our Irregular Infantry into a Sniper or Heavy Trooper unit.

Upgraded H9 Unit: Probe south against chaotic forces with support from G10 irregulars.

Heavy Fighter: Attack and disrupt Red ground units indiscriminately. Avoid enemy interceptors.

General Orders:
- Immediately strip commander Popcornlord of all of his units and jail him until further notice. Use the following message as evidence of his high treason. Insert PM. Place the A6 trooper unit and the D5 armored car under Qoou’s command. Place the F5 Heavy Tank under my command. Have the units in my command in each of Popcornlord’s former units location make sure the transition goes smoothly.

Spending Orders:
- Pay Symphony D.’s mercenaries $3. If they achieve the following objectives then pay them $1 for each one they get. 1. Attack and occupy H4 and be in position to be able to attack Gold HQ from there next turn. Now you don't have destroy the Medium Tank of Rocket Artillery currently located there, but it is preferred.
2. Help Brown keep control of the I3 port.
- Spend $2 on a Paradrop/Transport mission.
Operational Orders:
- Have the D5 Light Tank continue to repair & regroup.
- Have the E4 Trooper move to E2 to protect it and then attack the F3 black soldiers. Also have the E4 StuG attack the F3 black soldiers.
- Have the D4 engineer unit move back to D3 and help the Heavy Artillery in any way possible.
- Once they are transition to my command, have the F5 Heavy Tank and more damaged F5 trooper move to G4 and then attack from the west the Gold units located in G5. At the same time, have the F5 Flakker and the other F5 trooper attack from the north, any gold units located in G5. Also have the Heavy Artillery use both its fire shots by firing on G5.
- Have the newly bought Paradrop/Transport mission paradrop Qoou’s 2 new units to A8 which they should them attack Aqua HQ from behind. The Jet Interceptors will protect the transport/paradrop mission planes from the Aqua Light fighter then attack the Light fighters.(@Qoou, Yes, I peeked at your orders, but you never included the attack on Aqua HQ as we agreed too. So I included it here)
- Once Popcornlord’s A6 trooper is safely transitioned to Qoou’s command, have it attack Aqua HQ directly from the west. Meanwhile, after my light tank assures the safe transition, have it attack B7 and attack the Aqua trooper there along with the B6 trooper which will also attack. If the B7 Aqua trooper is destroyed, have the 2 units that attacked then turn north and attack Aqua HQ.

(BTW you don't actually think all of my loyal soldiers would just join Red like that, do you? It was hard enough convincing them the first time.)

There we have it- Red is supported by none other than... ELECTRONIC ARTS. Clearly, they are pure evil- COBRA will end their evil ways once and for all, ensuring peace and an end to DRM in the future!

I would have bid for your contract, but income had already been allocated and we'd rather not cheat our allies out of their commitments.

Needless to say, if you're true pirates you'll accept a higher counteroffer next turn, when more income is freed up.

Also, Daft has this cool little balancing mechanic called 'give the outnumbered party free reinforcements when their enemies get deus ex machinas like pirates from the sky'. Long name, but still a good idea.
