"Hut one two three, Hut one two three." A sergent was drilling with his troops. "Okay. Enough marching practice. Time for Target Practice. There were seven dummies stuffed with hay and hanging from a rope. The Legionaries-in-training attacked. "You guys need a lot of work."

I see the map perfectly. :hmm:

The isolation in world affairs was over for Persia! The new king, Xerxes the Great, decided to start a great militaristic wonder to ensure that the safety of the empire would be held in a nation surrounded by soo many other great nations.

And more than that, the king decided that economy should be improved. So, he contacted the people up north, hoping to get some help from old friends...

Xerxes also decided to use old Cyrius III's way to develope economy; he once again contacted all city states with the road system to create a custom-free system for goods. The greatest persian good, as known, was wine, and wine was transformed from one city to another using basically a free market system, which boosted the Persian economy greatly.

DIPLOMACY

From Persia
To people up north (ooc: I don't know their name  ):
We ask you to allow us form a trade system or whatever it was with your nation. For that we will sign an alliance and MPP with your nation and promise to aid whenever you need aid.

ORDERS:
If the people up north agree, then pay 3 economy levels to create trading with them.
Start a great wonder, Persepolis Dockyards (Naval wonder, 1/7).
Grow economy with the custom-free system between city states that I described above.

Nope!

Judea
Judea was strong.
Strong enough to get away with any attack on it. But until today, all wars Judea have been in were started by Judea itself, and were always won by Judea.
The people were happy and the army was big and strong.
But the economy have became worse because of all the wars.
A grouth economy must come.

Orders
Grow economy.
In Sinai leave only 2 armies.
In Judea-Israel, put 2 armies.
In The arabian border put 1 army.

I take Carthage

After the revolution, Carthage started to loose its grip on its provinces. It's army, while quite large, was in a pathetic state of training. Its economy had taken a drastic turn for the worse. It appears the revolution had not been the complete success as it was predicted to be. In this light Hannibal was appointed Emperor of Carthage. It was his job to make Carthage a leading nation as it should be.

"Emperor, you must give me money to train my men" said general Novius
"I agree with you that the men is in terrible fighting condition, but we have not enough money to deal with it at this time."
"But Emper..." Novius was interrupted by Hannibal rasing his finger to speak
"Your men will build roads and dig irrigation canals. They will construct harbours and market places. In this way, the men will be physically prepared for the training while actually doing something useful."
"Yes Emperor, but building a house can't possibly compete with practising sword fighting, archery and strategy" argued Novius
"Novius, i know that. But the men are not in shape to start training with weapons again, they must first loose their bellies, and they can do that while digging ditches and building houses. After that is done, then they will commence training again. You have my word on that."
"Yes Emperor, i am on my way." Novius said, and walked out of the old Senate house, now the Imperial Parliament.

Orders:
Continue building The Great Lighthouse Of Carthage, 3/7
Grow Economy as described in story.
Move army in Spain norths towards the barbarians
Move 1 army from Morocco province to Spain province, as close to the barbarians as the can come.
Move 1 army from Morocco province towards Carthage

Hannibal enter the large foum in the Imperial Parliament. He sat down on his throne, tapped the floor with his sword to open the debates. First to speak was general Novius who carried important new for the Empire.
"Emperor, our souther expeditionary force have heard rumors from the locals of a tribe called 'Mali', apparently this tribe is extremely wealthy" Novius said, with a grin on his face. "And we don't think they have much of an army either"
"Neither do we!" Someone shouted from the back.
"Silence!", Hannibal tapped his sword on the ground. "Theese Mellies, are rich?"
"Malis, oh Great Emperor"
"Whatever. You want us to conquer them?"
"Yes, Emperor, we believe that our two expeditionary armies is more then enough to subjugate the fledgeling tribe." argued Novius.
"Perhaps so, but id like to know who i am about to conquer before i do it. You must contact them in peace, and see what they have to offer us."
"Thank you Emperor" Novius turned around, lettin the next officer speak.
"I am general Leptus. I am in command of the Spanish Armies."
"I am aware of that, proceed general."
"As you surely must now, barbarians are infesting the northern parts of the land, and we believe they will attack soon. I wish to attack them first."
"As you wish. destroying barbarians with your regional armies is not something you need my permission to do."
"Yes Emperor, but theres another factor wich complicates things. There are also pirates on the west coast, we suspect they may be allied with eachother."
"And you want admiral Pervius's ships to destroy them?"
"Yes Emperor."
"Pervius is currently in the harbor. After this session, i will go speak to him."
"Thank you Emperor" Leptus said, letting the next person speak. Hannibal remained at the meeting, approving and denying. But he wasn't listening, his mind was focused on the Malis to the south and to the Barbarians to the north.

Orders:
Continue building Great Lighthouse
Increase training
Attack barbarians in Spain (if possible)
Move the southern expeditionary force further south along the coast, and attempt to contact the Malis.
Move 1 navy west.
