Change Archer builds in York, London, & Notttingham to warriors (had a tough decision because we're wasting 2 shields each in London & Nottingham, but we'll be ahead by one turn by switching to warriors now).
Begin to move archers toward Mauch Chunk

Caesar demands tribute!!
This has to be a bluff, they're about to be crushed by the Iroquois. Their units will never make it through Iroquois territory if it isn't a bluff. Reply "Take your empty threats elsewhere."
London & Nottingham: Warrior -> Warrior
Turn 1 - 1225 BC
Move archers toward Mauch Chunk. War in 2 turns.
Move archer off of guard duty of Settler, and send Settler toward York. Mauch Chunk will be our target, and at size 1 is likely to be autorazed. We can use the Settler there.
IT
An Iroquois warrior checks outside of St. Regis.
Turn 2 - 1200 BC
Archers in place for war next turn. Will be going after Mauch Chunk with 6 archers.
We won't have iron hooked up for a while, Mauch Chunk isn't even roaded. We desperately need more workers. Only have 2 right now. Maybe we'll get a slave or two.
IT
Iroquois are building The Great Lighthouse. There's one productive city that won't be building units.
Turn 3 - 1175 BC
The war begins. Much to the dismay of our Foreign Advisor
And the joy of our Military Advisor
Move stack next to Mauch Chunk. No improvements at all made to it's territory.
Warriors due in York, London, & Nottingham next turn. Will let them complete then switch back to archers. We can get a few warriors some time before the iron is going to be hooked up. Worker roading incense hill has finished. Moving him North to put our entire workforce of two into getting iron hooked up.

York: Warrior -> Archer
London: Warrior -> Archer
Nottingham: Warrior -> Archer
Hastings: Rax -> Archer
Turn 4 - 1150 BC
The attack on Mauch Chunk
1st Archer dies redlining a vet Spear
2nd Archer loses 1HP beating a reg Spear
3rd Archer loses 2HP beating a vet Archer, revealing the redlined spear.
4th Archer needs one shot ...
Having the settler pays off.
IT
Warrior out of St. Regis looks like he's making a beeline for our Settler.
Turn 5 - 1125 BC
Vet Warrior dies redlining the Iroquois Warrior. 3 HP vet archer gets redlined finishing him off.
IT
No sign of anything from Iroquois territory. Everything they have must be down South going after Rome.
Turn 6 - 1100 BC
Moving Archers South
IT
Hiawatha serves up a couple of slaves
Plus another lone spear.
Turn 7 - 1075 BC
Canterbury (warrior) founded on rubble of Mauch Chunk.
Consolidating stack in London & drawing our future slaves in like a fly to a spider.
IT
Hiawatha must have only been interested in the iron because the Settler pair turns tail.
He's taking a purely defensive posture as the lone spear moves toward Cattaraugus.
Turn 8 - 1050 BC
Stack together again in London, and partially healed.
IT
The lone spear pops out of the fog N of Cattaragus. Apparently to pillage the incense.
London: Archer -> Warrior
Nottingham: Archer -> Warrior
Turn 9 - 1025 BC
Move archer stack to incense in preparation for attack on Cattaraugus, and to keep the spear from pillaging.
Our workforce completes the road to Canterbury and moves to iron mountain.
IT
York: Archer -> Warrior
Iroquois spear moves N
Turn 10 - 1000 BC
Move stack of 4 vet archers + 1 reg archer to tile directly N of Cattaraugus. 2 vet archers move out of London to incense hill.
Workers begin roading iron mountain.
Iron in 5 turns.
Our current Military consists of:
7 Warriors (0/3/4/0)
8 Archers (0/1/7/0)
and one reg spear
There is 130 gold in the treasury & we are making +12 gpt. We will have enough gold to upgrade 5 warriors one turn after the iron is hooked up.
We
sorely need workers.
We seem to be benefiting from War Happiness.
