Iran had gone under several changes. The expected completion of the nuclear power plant, possibly as soon as next year, was going extremely well due to Russian support. Also, should Israel choose to attack it, it would cause them war not only with Persia but also with Russia--a nation who would, and very well could, crush Israel like a bug.
The new leader of Iran, after the death of the last Ayatollah, needed to be very pragmatic about his precarious situation. Ayatollah Pezhman did not seek to befriend the West, but needed them to realize that Iran was seeking to prosper and undo the wrongdoings committed by the Israeli peoples not only in Palestine, but now that was spreading to Egypt.
The militarism had to be contained.

Subj: Israeli Terrorism
According to Webster's, Terrorism is described as the following:
The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.
Blatantly, Israel claims that she is removing a terrorist threat in Egypt--however, Egypt has never supported terrorists or, for that matter, the Palestinians that so plague Israel. Also, with the accomplishment of the removal of the nuclear facility that destroyed 2/3rds of the population of Cairo, Egypt apologizes for the civilian deaths--meanwhile, launching CRUISE MISSILES AT THE CIVILIAN POPULATION OF MEMPHIS.
The aimed claim of the destruction of the Egyptian nuclear power plant, aimed to modernize Egypt who has recently become none less than a FRIEND to the West, has been accomplished. Israel must, under her own words, WITHDRAW IMMEDIATELY, or else the US must take action against them for their terrorist actions not only in Egypt but also in Palestine with their subjugation of the innocents.
Open your eyes to the death the evil Zionist occupiers are creating. Open your eyes to their blatant hypocrisy. Does not something need to be done?!

I am glad that we see eye to eye on the subject of not only the unlawful and terrorist Israeli invasion of Egypt, but also on their supression and subjugation of the Palestinian people. I think it would be best that our nation remain on friendly terms so that Iran may seek balance between her Middle Eastern obligations and relations with the West.
Most Cordially,
Ayatollah Pezhman

We do not see the need for the destruction of Iran as listed by you, no less third, pardon Italy being involved in the sinking of American carriers. We hope that Iran can prove herself as a nation above all things, and also as her own nation.
We do not seek conflict with you.

We strongly condemn the inappropriate and merciless killings of Egyptian and Palestinian civilians by the IDF's, and your, acts of terrorism. Should you continue these acts you will find no worse enemy than Iran. Your "goals" have been accomplished. Withdraw from Egypt or face exile from the West--unless they are as hypocritical as you, which I sincerely doubt.
