In result of the cowardly attack in paris i have declared peace with Isreal and my military governor has done the same in Eygpt. We are declaring a complete embargo of Iraq and have ordered bombing raids on Iraq.

The Coalition troops have been pushed back on all frontlines.Saddam is threatening all of the world.Whether we retreat now or not his suitcase nukes will be used a day not too far away as he's a madman.A few European cities will inevitably be destroyed,but we will not allow him to sponsor even more terrorists and WMD.Therefore the SSBN 'Le Triomphant' outside the Lebanese coast has launched 16 nuclear crusise missiles heading to all of Saddams palaces in Baghdad.We feel sorry for the many Iraqi people dying by this but at least the rest of the Iraqi people will from now on live free from Saddam's terror.

Hey, I think China is the only neutral one against Iraq now lol, due to their actions.

Anyway, I am assure you that no Scuds could have hit Israel, he is bluffing. The AEGIS system was upgraded by the Americans to shoot down Scud missiles to prevent their carriers being attacked by them, and my Type 42 destroyers are now equipped with it, and I had 10 of these off the Israeli coast. With Israel being such a long thin country, I am sure that the Scuds would have been shot down.

Which brings me to the conclusion that he must have used suicide bombers, or rocket launched chemical weapons or something of that sort to attack. I suggest you give Palestinians their own nation just for your safety, the Gaza Strip along should be good enough, and allows you to keep them separate from Israeli citizens.

I am also ordering my SBS to Israel to help them hunt down any terrorists there.

Finally, I am not going to send an ICBM to Iraq, despite how angry my people may be. I am instead ordering the SAS to track down Saddam Hussein and then my Hurricanes will use bunker busting bombs, or tactical nukes(the Queen sends her love) should nothing else work to kill the tyrant.

One more thing. I am afraid for you that MI6 picked up on your little plot. We didn't know where the nuke was though, so I ordered the evacuation of London. The people you killed were in fact brave volunteers who stayed to make the city look normal so we could get your man, and they will be remembered as the heroes they were.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get your man, but thanks for doing the demolition work in London for us, now we can rebuild it to be a state of the art capital.

It is impossible for any nuke to have been detonated a mile form the White House. Ever since the terrorists attacks on Sept. 11 no man is even allowed to stand in that vacinity, let alone carry a suite case. But, for the flow of the game, we will say that it was detonated futher away, but did less damage.

Dispatch 90th division to repair and help the red cross in Washington. Dispatch the 30th, 31st and 32nd to each London, Paris and Brussels to help in repairs. Also dispatch the 91st to Italy in Rome to help guard against another attack. All to arrive upon rulers acceptance.

Total estimate deaths in Washington: 378,000 right now, in counting.

Sorry America, I had no idea Iraq was planning an assault upon Washington.

Whatever I said about knowing that Saddam planned to nuke London, it was actually evacuated because we feared an IRA terrorist had managed to smuggle in a nuclear device.

I think we should set up a new democratic government in Egpyt. Israel will take the canal and make it an international peacekeeping base. We can both give money to rebuild the damaged cities.

As soon as the situation in Eygpt stabilizes we will be happy to create a democracy. Of course, Eygpt will be a WHOLE nation, so there is no part of it you are allowed to keep. Trying to remain in any part of pre-war Eygpt will no doubt just create terrorist groups by Eygptains giving more trouble than you terror torn nation could handle. Also creating a Palestinian state will do a lot for the democracy progress in Eygpt.

President Krushev (sorry for my lack of foriegn names) was elected as the new russian President. But immeidiatly he declared the Soivet Union reborn and communism to return. Also he mobilized the army and invaded the Ukraine(SOMEONE DO THIS PLEASE!!). He also decided he had enough of Iraqi and lunached ICBM's at every Iraqi cities except the oil producing ones(for Obvious reasons).

CHina and the president choing-tun is sorry to hear that russia is back for comunism, and all her army is on defense from now, until all comunists country will declear that they have no planes to attack china.
