The Rome-Gaul revolt sounds a bit suspicious to me, like someone may be pulling the rebel's strings(OOC:

But I accept that they must be given a chance, and as they are willing to let India be free, then I order my troops and ships home, even those helping China, unless the Rome-Gaul military refuses to support the new government. In that scenario, I order half of my army(500,000 men) to be put under Rome-Gaul's command to destroy the traitorous army, and help arrest any troublesome aristocrats, as well as guarantee free elections.

Nicholas was angered that his troops hadn't returned from India. He personally ordered his Pacific Fleet's commander to deliver the message, and as the Russian troops were near the coast, the message got through.
The Russians were angered at the betrayal, but didn't act as Nicholas had sent the order that revenge will be much sweeter than that.
The Russians boarded the Pacific Fleet and returned home, after suffering horrendous casualties being in the front line of the invasion.

Russia is glad that 100,000 men made it ashore in Sicily, but now orders them to withdraw as per the orders which should be arriving soon after being sent a day ago.
As for the 250,000 men, Russia is saddened that only 100,000 men survived.
Russian dead numbers 200,000, and 50,000 dead in India due to China's mismanagement.
So we have a quarter of a million men dead, which will be replaced soon due to militias being promoted to fill the gap.
Current readout for Russia:

250,000 men in Siberia.

Oh, and Russia requests that ALL SHANGHAI PACT MEMBERS help to decide whether China will remain in the alliance after ABUSING ALLIED TROOPS, using them as cannon-fodder!
I also want a guarantee from all nations in the Pact that if China fails to withdraw from India after freeing it, that we will all eject them from there by force, ie; declare war.

As for now cease fire. If R-G does not contact me before next year campaign will continue. The 15.000 dead Scandinavians will be replaced with new recruits from Scandinavia itselft.

King Régua Elevada has warmly welcomed the attempts for peace with Rome-Gaul. He, and this government, does however NOT welcome the cruel suggestions by Wilhelm Geusch's government.
The fact that Rome-Gaul has surrendered India alone means a call for an end to this war altogether; the fact that the Germans would attempt to impose such a depraved act as bisecting a country does not put Mr. Geusch in a good light in Jakarta.
I call for a mediated peace treaty, as proposed by this:
- India becomes fully independent.
- Rome-Gaul surrenders Brussels and the whole of Rome-Gaullian Belgium to Germany.
- Lombardy is evacuated by the Germans.
- Rome-Gaul pays seventy-five hundred gold pieces to Germany in reparations.
- An international committee of Germany, Russia, Scandinavia, China, and Srivajaya will help set up a Republic in Rome-Gaul.
- Sicily and the Strait of Messina are evacuated.
- The Rome-Gaullian army and navy are reconstructed with training and monetary support from the international committee.
This might be a bit shortcoming for those who fought with Rome-Gaul, but should they refuse the world should acknowledge that this war was for India, and not for gains of these own countries. I consider it completely acceptable if the nations involved are truly acting for their Hindu comrades.

I can not accept that Germany gains territory in this war and noone else! I demand the southern part(50% of total size) of R-Gs african colony. Otherwise my previous statement goes. It is not more then fair if those who fought in this war get something for it!

Although like I said these men will be unskilled and useless against well trained men.
