Japanese Daily:
Emperor Meiji has announced Japan's opening of Emerald and Silver mines in the Japanese mountains. Also the opening of its fish and whale markets. A medicine for skin cancer is available too. Japan is the only place in the world that can make this medicine. Also rice is on the market. Also fine Japanese artwork is up for trade. Also hand crafted swords with elegant designs are available. Emperor Meiji has just authorized th invasions of Korea and Okinawa due to land purposes. Korea will become a colony and Okinawa will become a military stronghold. Also there is a debate in the council whether or not to invade Northern China because of raw materials.
Emperor Meiji has also announced Japan's economical change to industrialize its economy to produce better weapons. This economical change will involve the invasion of Korea and Okinawa. The plan is expected to take 7 years.

Japanese Nightly:
Emperor Meiji has just announced a 7 year plan to enlarge the Japanese Army from Medium to Large. This change in size is expected to take about 7 years. It will take 7 years like the industrializing plan because by then Japan will have enough land and resources to make the upgrade.

"Horus, please spread upon me the power to rule the empire of Egypt in this forcoming world. Hawk God, please pass to me the reigns of power." With that, Pharoh Nefer Seti walked into the Palace room, in which his military and economical advisors and leaders sat, waiting for his orders.
The room sat on the top of the palace, looking over the many gates and walls of Thebes, which was golden as the sun. The capital had been under many attacks over the years, and the scars seemed to penetrate the beuoty of the city. This would all change, under the Rule of Nefer Seti, the Pharoh thought. He would build an ampire of economic stability, and military power. Mother Nile had only grown larger over the year, expanding the Nile Valley of fertility.
Pharoh sat down in his thrown, and all his advisors quickly began to talk at once. "hush, talk when spoken too!" He yelled, only to stare into the faces of suprised people. "I'm sorry, but this will have to be quick, I have much work to do. First off, Taita, " He looked at his bald headed economy advisor, "What have you about our economy?"
"Sire, the economy is producing at it's maximum. Only 30% of our land is fertile enough to farm and produce anything. We must expand to more fertile land in which to support a larger populace. We rank in the lowest of population, even lower to whome nations aquire less land then we do."
"So what is to be done about this?" The Pharoh hurridly questioned.
"We must colonize other lands."
"Great, consider it done."

The rest of the talks went smoothly, but the main problem was lack of recourses for a populace. Orders for Egypt to expand it's gold mines were sent. Also, settlers were being prepared to settle and colonize foriegn lands. With the wood available, a grand navy was also expected in 8 years, one that would be considered Medium.

-Send settlers and troops(half navy and half of the army) to Kongo and there create Belgian-Kongo. Belgium will try to buy it from natives, if buy not succesful take Kongo by force. (das pls tell me how it went, I mean the nowadays Kongo I posted a map in the other thread)
 
King Wilhelm van Oranje had been consulting his domestic advisor on the economy. Much like the King, whom had grown rather fat on fruit baskets of friendship from Kaiser Fredrich, the economy was expanding and stocks were going up.

The Dutch liberals were creating great works of art which had been exported to the burgoise and nobility around the world. Dutch artists, known for their eccentricity and intellectual insight, proclaimed one of the greates art empires of the world, with at least one Dutch piece in every home in the world.

However, small rebellions in the Dutch East Indies had been causing property damage in there. So, in order to increase its value (I'm presuming I need to do so because of my economy only being medium...), industry was ordered to expand. Several new mines for iron and goldin New Holland, rubber in the whole of the Dutch East Indies, and petrol on the same island as Borneo.

Dutch Navy Status: Amsterdam Royal Construction Yard has been producing the navy enlargement for 2 years. 5 new cruisers due in 1 year. Will increase Dutch Naval status to medium.

Dutch Army: Colonial Militia reqruitment begins. This will increase the garisson on the Dutch East Indies and allow the Dutch army forces there to evacuate. Will grant Dutch East Indies semi-autonomy.

Dutch Population: Mainland Holland expieriences population boom to wheat excess. Wheat is up for trade. Unemployment increases and backups for military reqruitment are consequences.

The Sultan of Zanimba still waits to hear of news from his recent campiangs into the African jungle. He also opens up the market of Zanimba to all nations who condem slavery and dont discriminate agaians any peoples. The rubie mine in the s-w fronteir should be open now and producing gems. The Sultan also proposes a 12 year plan to get to the middle industrial age. New copra,rope, and steel factories are odered to be built with the help of a European engineers. Japan is 6 years away from completing its Industrialization Project and Army Size Increase project. Japanese engineers have been working on a repeating rifle for the past year. The rifle will be called the Yoshimitsu Class Rifle, or Yoshi Rifle for short. This project is expected to finish within a year. Japanese factories are eager to start production on this new rifle. It can hold up to 4 bullets at once and needs to be cocked before shooting the first shot. Other details are classified.

Our colonies expand everywhere. I will negoatiate alliances with Germany and Netherlands. Those two nations are very important cards in diplomatical game against the British superpower, and their allies in Egypt and Ottoman Empire. We could also try to ally with Egypt agaisnt Turkey, and later to expell British from Suez Canal. After all, Suez Canal is the key to British Empire.

We could also find an ally in Russia which has old scores with both with Ottoman Empire and United Kingdom.

OOC: To Dexter: Maybe you could replace Bergen with good old Otto von Bismarck? He was still chancellor in history by that time, and he will do much better in grand political game then Bergen.

We gave Paraguay a chance to surrender, did the Japanese give the same chance to the Koreans? No they didnt. So we see no reason as to why our two natiions cant trade. The citizens of Uruguay have been assimilated into Brazil, and their life standarts is much higher then before.
