THE METO WARS, ANNHILIATION AND ALIENATION OF BURGANDY.
Soon enough Burgandy went to war against Germany, they had allies all around us!, Italians in the south, burgandians in the west, Scandinavians in the north and the Balkans in the southeast. Germany only had Russia to call (we had struck a deal long before). By the end of the War, Italy had become another German political satellite, the Balkans signed a permanent NAP treaty and one of the Scandinavian nations was occupied.
But Burgandy was not dealt w/, they continued to be a menace. Occitania (south france) broke into civil war between the communists and fascist royalists, Burgandi entered the war to help their allies. And so I took the opportunity, Germany & Italy sent forces and after a few years occitania became yet another Communist Satellite.
Burgandy was running out of options and direct war started (by now france became independent). Germany sent heavy aid to win the French to our side and eventually did. Burgandy, after a loooooooong war, finally was traped around their capital, from which we simply nuked.
However Burgandi was not killed yet!, it would continue to live to the end!.
Germanys last step was to alienate them from the main world alliances, Germany broke deals w/ the Fascist oceanians (sheep) and DU leaders (Jason). In the end Burgandy was not allowed to join neither the fascist alliance neither the DU. Proving an important, yet unnoticed diplomatic victory.
