The ambassador returned to Madagascar, reaching the Grand Palace of the President and the Hall of Congress. Looking around, he was glad to be back in Sarinosko. The archeticture, completely independent from anyother culture of the world, greeted him with a welcome home feeling. The marble hall way was gigantic, he had forgetton the splendure of such modern buildings. His empty steps echoed throughout the room, creating a feeling of power and importance. The Presidential Office was just on the other side of the quiet expanse, and with his quick pace he was able to arrive promptly. Opening the heavy wooden door, he entered the room of the President of Madagascar.

"How did the peace talks on Socotra go? Have we aided in finding peace, Josef?" the president asked, a smile upon his face. He was relativly short, but created an almost godlike aura.

"Mr. President, at first we did. King Chris and the representative from Arabia agreed upon a peace, that as a impartial mediator, I agreed that it was more then fair. However, upon leaving, the Arabian informed me he has changed his mind, and the peace treaty was no good for the Arabs. He said he would propose another meeting to unravel his peace treaty."

"So you were not successful then?"

"I am sorry, Mr. President. I thought I had been, but it turned out a fake agreement on the Arab part," the ambassador replied.

Rubbing his chin, the president continued, "Well then you shall go to the next meeting and try over again. It seem the Arabs want to continue this war, not willing to compromise. I suggest you inform them of their stubborness, much of the time people are most stubborn when they realize it least." Noding his head, the ambassador turned around, and exited the room.

MADAGASCAR ORDERS
-Mobilize a new Peace Keeping force, consisting of 10,000 men (1 a division). Begin training in the deserts of southern Madagascar, and making amphibious landings on the smooth beaches of the north. They will then train in the mountains and forests of the east. This will be Project Green (a project, shouldn't take too long, no?).
-Open the University of Modern Sciences, Toliera. This university will be the forefront of scientific discoveries from weapons to appliances. This will also help the education of my nation (increase education).
-Begin modernization of industry. I should have the most modern industry anyways, since it is the newest, but I want to keep this by increasing effeciency, and replace those jobs that are lost with military duty, giving them opportunities to join the Army Elite (keep industry stimulating the economy, but replace those jobs that are lost with military service, increasing the army).
-Construct the Diplomatic Hall in Sarinosko, where we will provide enough room and board for five representatives from each nation, to create a sort of Community of Nations, where the world may speak in a peaceful environment.
